Recipe: Honey Bubble Log

4oz Butter
2 tbsps honey
4oz brown sugar
4 cups rice bubbles
1/2 cup coconut
Placebutter, sugar and honey in a large saucepan and boil 3 minutes.Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla,coconut and rice bubbles, mix, press into tin, cut while warm, and leave to set.
