Manifiesto

Los participantes de la 5ª edición del festival del Sahara hemos estado en uno de los campamentos de refugiados saharauis donde se vive un drama humanitario.

La situación empeora año tras año. El proceso de paz está bloqueado y eso afecta especialmente a los más débiles. Mujeres, niños y ancianos. Hay 200.000 personas que fueron españolas abandonadas en el desierto desde hace 33 años.

Es urgente que la ciudadanía ayude a devolver la libertad a el pueblo saharaui. Por eso pedimos al gobierno de España que reconozca el status diplomático del frente polisario.

Hoy se pone en marcha una plataforma de recogida de firmas para conseguir que esto sea posible entre todos.

El objetivo de esta plataforma es lograr el máximo número de firmas de apoyo al manifiesto hasta el 15 de septiembre. El fin es hacer entrega de ellas al Presidente de Gobierno para que España lidere la búsqueda de una solución pacífica y justa a un conflicto que nos afecta directamente.

Manifesto

Participants in the 5 th edition of the festival of the Sahara have been one of the Sahrawi refugee camps where there is a humanitarian tragedy.

The situation worsens every year. The peace process is blocked and that particularly affects the weakest. Women, children and the elderly. There are 200,000 people who were Spanish abandoned in the desert since 33 years ago.

It is urgent that the public will help restore freedom to the Sahrawi people. Therefore we call upon the government of Spain that recognizes the diplomatic status of the Polisario Front.

Today starts a platform for collecting signatures to make this possible among all.

The objective of this platform is to achieve the maximum number of signatures in support of the manifesto until September 15. The purpose is to deliver them to the President of the Government to Spain lead the search for a peaceful and just solution to a conflict that affects us directly.
