I may never have known any of you in person. I do take time this Memorial Day to pay tribute to those who have given their all for their country.
Your bravery is way beyond compare. You may have given up your life to save that of another...for that I thank you. You did your job well...I pray for all those that you have left behind...I also pray for you...you deserve honor, not criticism for you have done your job in the military with honesty and bravery.
You have given up jobs, family, education, friends, and a lifetime of memories from before you enlisted.
I take a moment every day to pray for all of you, your families, and your friends.
Good Job Soldier!

Russell Hartsaw has had
one of the hardest lives
of anyone I have ever
known. If anyone
had a right to be bitter,
betrayed, and angry it
would be him.
Instead he has taken all
of that emotion and
converted it into helping
homeless youth. ... more
