Hi I'm Ozie (Bobtail) And this is my companion Mantha (Irish Water Spaniel). We're lucky babies because we're well looked after and travel in comfort at all times. When it gets too hot, we travel in the camper van and have our clim (Fan) Set up for us so that we don't have to suffer from heat and dehydration.

We were out this morning. Mummy went to the supermarket. We stayed in our camper with our TV on (We do love our cartoons) Our clim, water and treats of course! Who would travel without treat? As we lounged on the couch, we spotted two little dogs in a car. It was sunny, really hot and although back windows were slightly opened, we could see those two dogs looking extremely uncomfortable. We feel strongly about this because our mummy once saw a dead dog lying at the back of someone's car. She raised the alarm of course but it was too late. The dog was already dead.

We know none of you would ever consider leave your dog in an overheated car but there may be people out there who wouldn't know. You know how humans can sometimes be a little silly?

Wishing you all a real nice day

Ozie and Mantha XX

It only maks sense to take any being out of a car, but some folks will never understand....until it's too late. There was a case in my state (ohio) last year when a woman left her toddler in the car to boil to death. Since it was not intentional, she never got charged with a crime. It's so tragic, especially when something or someone can't open the door or call for help themselves. Yes, us humans are silly, but we don't have to be. A little extra thought and planning into things and tragedies like this can be avoided. I think you doggies are cute and your owner would never ever leave you in a place like that to roast. My puppy, Guido, wants me to tell you guys hi and have a lovely day today. He's a bit gassy, so he can't do it himself, lol!!!

xoxo
