Why is GOD laughing?

Almost one and half years ago I had ask a question to Deepak Chopra:  Buddhas when they realize the TRUTH they laugh, first to themselves and then towards the world. Why? He never answers. Now I saw his book title “Why is GOD laughing?” makes me laugh.

GOD always laugh and if one looks deeply he is laughing towards moon mind. He laughs even more loudly when a moon mind writes a book on Buddha.

He laughs when these so-called spiritual teacher and religious leader (Moon Mind) use GOD as an instrument to satisfy their Ego or to survival.
