Hi,
My name is Deidre, and I am new to this group! I thought that I would write and introduce myself. I am from a coastal city, on the east coast of the North Island of New Zealand, called Napier. I have lived here for nearly 7 years, and it is pretty laid back especially in summer, when everyone from other parts of New Zealand, and the world, come here for the warm temperatures! Our main export from here is grapes and wine, which bring in a lot of people to earn money, and meet new people. This is a picture of one of the art deco buildings, which were built after the destructive earthquake of 1931! Anyway if anyone wants to know more, just let me know , and I will be happy to fill you in!
