Independence Day

celebrates the birthday

of the United States of America.

Founded July 4th 1776, with the

signing of the Declaration of

Independence, America is celebrating

it's 232nd birthday this year (2008. )

The 4th of July is a time for the Red

White and Blue. A time for Picnics,

Parades and Marching Bands. A time for

Beaches, BBQs and "Bombs Bursting in Air."

So pour yourself a cold one, put another "

shrimp on the barbie," and join us for

a birthday celebration with fun Holiday

things for you and your family. We've got

some history to read, Flag facts, National

Parks, National Monuments & Memorials,

and Must-See Fireworks to share. We've

also got Mom's Apple Pie to bake, holiday

craft to make, pictures for the kids to color,

and summertime recipes to grill.

US Independence Day is celebrated

in the July 4th. Tama ba, if not pech

gehabt!

July 4 was also a regular holidays in

Philippines commemorating the American

and Filipino Friendship Day,natatandaan

ko pa kasi noon palaging walang pasok

din sa school kasabay ng pag diwang ng

America ng kanilang Independece Day.

It was Cory Aquino's term yata ng inalis

na sa Regular holidays.

The US

gave the Philippines

Independence too...

But...

To the disappointments

of many Pinoys kuno ..

Why did USA not keep us

as one of  their own states,

(like Hawai and Guam????? )

Perhaps...

no more Pilipinos going out

of our country!!!!

True?????

What I know is ..

that .....

USA is champion of giving

Freedom to all.

Liberty is justice ,

and Freedom for all.

Right ??

Yes,

freedom

is  also sweet.
