On inspection of the macro shots, this guy's eyes wrap around the base of his antennae. The whole beetle was probably 2.5 inches long not including the 3-4 inch antennae.
Found on the hood of a Honda Element parked next to us at the Yosemite Creek picnic area. He had some chompers on him, too!

I woke early, and headed
over to Souris for their
flea market. Dana had

As I was driving along a
little red car came up
behind me. It was very
close to me, tailgating

hit a lot of sales, then
started feeling tired and
cranky. Both of us.
On the way out of Souris
we saw a turkey shoot. I
stopped in, it would have

have a headache, and am a
little dizzy and
fevered.
Dana made me a coffee,

I rolled out of bed

went to the Central and

Victoria took Dana into
Brandon for her MRI, and
I went to the bookstore.
It was very quiet, hardly
