Pimped - Detail

Unknown beetle

On inspection of the macro shots, this guy's eyes wrap around the base of his antennae. The whole beetle was probably 2.5 inches long not including the 3-4 inch antennae.

Found on the hood of a Honda Element parked next to us at the Yosemite Creek picnic area. He had some chompers on him, too!
