This recipe works wells with any juice, or even tea. You can then enjoy it as is or glaze it with any kind of fruit sauce, jam, or preserve or serve it with my personal favorite.......ice cream.
INGREDIENTS:
2 mangos, peeled, chopped into 1 inch cubes
2 rose apples, deseeded, chopped into 1 inch cubes
1 banana, peeled, chopped into 1 inch slices
1 papaya, peeled, deseeded, chopped into 1 inch cubes
1 pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped into 1 inch cubes
4 cups passionfruit juice
2 tablespoons ground paprika or ceyenne pepper
skewers
DIRECTIONS:
Combine passionfruit juice and paprika.
Place fruit in bowl of fruit juice mixture.
Marinate for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place fruit on skewers.
Grill over low heat for 20 minutes or until the fruit starts to caramelize, turning once.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
