Blog: Ali Mahin-Torabi's execution verdict overturned  




In response to the substantial internal and international pressure and after review of the evidences presented by Ali's attorney by Mohammad Mosatafaee , who was assigned by Stop Child Executions, Iran's head of judiciary Ayatollah Shahrudi the death sentence of Ali Mahin-Torabi was cancelled. Ali's file was sent for review. Ali was charged with murder of another child during a school fight.
