UPDATE: Three weeks ago 20 Police beat up on my wife’s son Matthew!  Was this a warning for me and my wife to back off from trying to expose the Hamilton police’s alleged criminal activity, regarding our civil cases 00-1511 and 00-1421 that we have against them?  

Why did a police officer whisper in my son’s ear, calling him a CUN_?  Is this proper police procedure or behavior?  There were many witnesses including his girlfriend Denise who has never contacted to give her statement of what she saw and heard on the night in question? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Matthew remains in Barton Street Jail, in Hamilton Ontario and today is his 34th, birthday.  His hearing has been postponed now three times and he sits in jail suffering with a sore shoulder from alleged police brutality. 

20 police officers against one handcuffed man, and police say Matthew broke a police officer’s nose?

Why were police following my wife’s son weeks before this incident took place?  Pulling him over in his car for no reason?

Media inquiries outside of Ontario Canada very welcome as 11 years of trying  to get justice is enough and we need help to expose this story as the media in Canada are "cowards", close to police and will not expose our story. It has taken a toll on my new wife and myself and this suffering must end NOW!

International Civil Lawyers who truly give a care about men and children being abused by an ex wife who has "friends" on the police force who will not let me bring charges of either, who are not greedy as we have nothing left to give, but who would help us set up a fund to support a retianer and to help expose our story to the media, please contact us if you are willing to help us. Two people I believe does constitutes a class action suit.

Poor Plaintiffs cannot get lawyers in Canada.
