Looking for Animal Heroes

International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) is looking for Australian animal heroes.

Friends, relatives or colleagues of animal heroes who have accomplished outstanding work with wildlife or domestic animals are encouraged to come forward and nominate individuals for an award.The awards will be presented during IFAW’s 16th Annual Action Week, which will be held from 4-10 October 2008.

nominations close 5th September so if you know anyone who deserves an award go to the website for more information. If you are in another country go to www.ifaw.org to find out about your local Animal Action Week awards as this is an international event.
