That's the name of the book I'm currently reading and absolutely loving!  It's the perfect read for a down-to-earth hippie like myself.  I like to buy organic produce, if I eat foods from animals like them to be hormone free from animals raised sustainably, and I like knowing where my food comes from.  This is a story of a family who decides to take on the challenge of being localvores for one year.  They grow fresh veggies in their garden and raise chickens for eats and meat.  If they don't have what they need in their garden they head to the farmer's market or call up friends on neighboring farms.  It's a neat story about a family that values their health and their quality time with one another.
