Please help the animals of Greece who suffer abhorrant cruelty at the hands of man as the Greek Authorites refuse to implement their own Animal Welfare Laws.

Sigh.When i look at these pictures my eyes begin to water.Poor poor animals in Greece.A dog drowned with a stone roped on his neck.The genocide of strays.My heart breaks about how big the apathy is in Greece !!!
