Ruth S. Hoffman was a crime victim and it was covered up by the local police. For reasons unknown, she disappeared June 30, 1986. For twenty years, her only daughter, a Care 2 member, Debbie S. has tried to get help from law enforcement in her state. She also started a petition last November targeting the Attorney General of the State of Michigan. Her petition goal was only 5,000 and she still doesn't even have 2,000 signatures!

Dear Yvonne,

I did sign this Petition in January this year. I support this Petition, and Pray that Debbie S. finds her mother, and truly admire Debbie for efforts, her love for her mother.

Unfortunately, some of us live outside the U.S., and don't know how best to begin a serious and continued search for her mother.

Same goes for me Rajan, I live in Lebanon and I guess with petitions they seem to find a way to get extra help.
