NO, it is not wrong at all to use e-cards for petitions!! There is NO law written to forbid you sending petitions with e-cards and by the way, every time you send an e-card, you are supporting a square foot of land. What is more beautiful?! Petitions with sad and cruel news are wrapped up with a "ribbon", you can add a flower to the sad news, to soften the pain... So, I totally agree with the possibilities of sending petitions within e-cards. Love you all!
