This poor little fella was brought into the shelter as a stray with an embedded collar that had to be removed (just look at the picture of his neck).  The vet check him out and he is much better now.  We have learned that his name is "Itchy".  He seems to be so sad.......not understanding what has happened to him.  His time is growing very, very short and he desperately needs a safe and loving home.  PLEASE HURRY!  THIS SWEETIE HAS BEEN URGENT SINCE 11/4 AND CAN BE EUTHANIZED ANY DAY!
