refuse to talk with anyone over the phone.
turn off radio,lights,TV,Ect..

Regarding fibro, I would also add
1. the horrors of dentistry.
2. the craving for salt.
3. extreme fatigue and pain that end as suddenly as they started.
4. Chronic unemployment.
5. Negative self-image and/or low self-esteem.
6. Stress when dealing with others, especially if they don't understand what I'm going through.
7. The ability to know when storms are coming based upon how much pain I'm in.
8. Weed, when possible, provides a great deal of relief without the addictiveness of pharms.
9. Frustration at my condition and what I can and/or can't do on any given day.
10. Agreed: chocolate!
