When the fur is finally peeled off over the animals' heads, their naked, bloody bodies are thrown onto a pile of those who have gone before them. Some are still alive, breathing in ragged gasps and blinking slowly. Some of the animals' hearts are still beating five to 10 minutes after they are skinned. One investigator recorded a skinned raccoon dog on the heap of carcasses who had enough strength to lift his bloodied head and stare into the camera.

Before they are skinned alive, animals are pulled from their cages and thrown to the ground; workers bludgeon them with metal rods or slam them on hard surfaces, causing broken bones and convulsions but not always immediate death. Animals watch helplessly as workers make their way down the row.

3 puppies dumped and needing homes1 Monday, 9:22 AM

located in texas:dumped pups

3 pups dumped and needs home, please cross post these little pups were just dumped off in the woods. a good citizen found them and brought them home to care and get them healthy again. but she can't keep them, and is looking to find homes for these cute fur babies. so please, cross post that these dogs need adoptions, they are fostered at this time, by a good person, not a rescuer, and really need to find a permanent place for them to go. homes needed for these fur babies

its ashame, that people will dump animals and burden the rest of us with these situations. we often time, take money we dont' have really to help the animals, we often take time out of our days to handle, train, or get these animals to vets. plus the time to post/advertise and hope for homes for them. why?/ someone didn't care if they died, another did care. its the caring that costs us! i have been her many a time. i have gotten where i just hate those people that dump their unwanted on the rest of us, that won't let the fur babies die harsh/cruel deaths in the middle of woods and highways! dumped pups

for adoption or inquiry of these pups...contact the following person: Laura Roberts ________________________________ Laura Roberts Accounts Payable Western Forge & Flange (281) 727-7000 lroberts@western-forge.com

i have 1332 friends connections.

i have sent this petition http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/are-courts-caring-about-animal-neglect

out several times for signatures, and i can't believe that a week before i need to send this petition to the judge, that i don't have the signatures i need to make this statement!

is it ok with everyone that this woman has gotten away with abuse of many animals, and got to do it again to even a greater number of animals?... that the same judge in sept,( a local t.v. celebrity, that claims to be hard on abusers), is also the judge that let her go the first time??

are my friends that i am connected to even active, caring, or looking at this petition?

i work very hard and have been here a great deal on care2. i have donated, transported, pulled animals from pounds, signed petitions, and even been supportive to those that have lost pets. i worked and was involved with saving dogs out of pounds during hurricanes, and i have thousands of rescued dogs in my photo albums, along with assisted in katrina/rita animals in the swamps of lousiana at that time. i help my local pound, that is near to being a no kill facility since met the ACO here in silsbee texas. i host several groups, and which i can't seem to get people to join.

has care2 lost its pizzaz? has it lost its power? are the people getting numb to the work that is never ending, unless things change in this world. is the unity, the togetherness, the voices no longer there or heard anymore within care2. has the fighters left to be else where?

i wonder of the signatures. as i don't put petitions out very often..i wonder if there is anyone out there to stand with me in the fight for the animals. if the voices we had are silent now, and ineffective.

this petition is a great disappointment to me, and what i believed very important to the laws for animals, an example of justice not served the first time around, and wanted to be heard to voice my objections and see that justice was served this time around. but i can't do these things along, and all myself. my own voice is not loud enough with the shouting of others with me!

if i am of little affect here, and have lost my friends that may be else where, perhaps i need to go find the strong, the hard, the willing again.

sigh...and feeling a bit alone these days for the many friends i have been connected, i can't seem to find that many to hear my tiny voice of concerns and causes that are important to me?

tell me what i have done wrong, or could do better that will help raise the sounds and make a difference here on care2? tell me why my friends have not noticed this, that i am connected too? why i am struggling with all i have to meet this deadline for this petition and can't seem to do it?

please sign..if you have heard me at all??? this is my last request for this help. thank you.

We have a new group in town. this group is different, its being developed as a place that rescuer's can get help, such as vet, foods, or other needs for thier rescued animals.

the group came by invitation of kindle to find people to assist or be assisted by these programs.

Melissa H. is the owner, of the organization and she is based in New York. she rescue's animals herself, and provides means for other's that rescue also.

Her goal is to make a nationwide warehouse for rescuers to get the items they are always short of.

various products, foods, equipment, cages, etc.  even vetting needs whenever that is possible.

check it out, and come talk to us if your a rescuer and have things you need to have help with.

PLEASE PLEASE...sign and cross post this peitition, is time limited.

I NEED TO SEND THIS PETITION TO JUDGE NAZARETIAN, IN FLORIDA BEFORE SEPT 2009, COURT DATE.

I am not tolerant to this woman being let go again, to do her cruelty on animals. nor should this judge be merciful about this, since she is repeat offender and has not yet paid for her crimes the first couple times around, with the death, illness of animals.

i have to at least get 1000 signatures on this petition.

thank you so much.

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/are-courts-caring-about-animal-neglect

i need at least 1000 signatures on this petition, to send to judge and show him the seriousness of letting such abuser's back out, for repeat acts of neglect to animals!

this particular judge, if you read my shares, is a t.v. judge at that, that made statements in public that he is not tolerant of abusers, but he let cynthia go the first time around and allowed her to repeat her crimes, then delayed this last hearing til sept.

i am serious that i dont' want this woman out to do things again, and i dont' find that this judge's words hold water when it comes to abuse/neglects.

please cross post this to your friends, i need these signatures in 2 weeks to send this petition to the courts.

thank you so much kindle

Paragallo, Horse Breeder, Is Indicted on Animal Cruelty Charges

Paragallo’s Center Brook Farm in Climax, N.Y., was raided in April, and he was charged with 22 counts of animal cruelty after the New York State Police and the Humane Society/Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Greene and Columbia Counties found that many of his more than 170 horses were malnourished.

Paragallo, 51, will be arraigned Aug. 18. He is free on $5,000 bail.

We need your help! horses poisoned with oleander Monday, 6:27 AM

Over 20 horses poisoned with oleander San Diego, CA (U Incident Date: Wednesday, Jul 29, 2009 County: San Diego Disposition: Open Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help! More than 20 horses became ill when they were intentionally poisoned with toxic leaves in southern California this week, authorities said Friday. The horses were given oleander bush leaves between Wednesday night and early Thursday morning at their ranch in San Diego, the county sheriff's department said in a news release. The leaves were found in the stalls in the morning by employees arriving to work, according to officials. "We found bits and pieces of carrots and chopped up apples along with multiple leaves," ranch owner Bill Tomin told CNN television affiliate KFMB. "This is horrible, it's scary why would someone do such a thing," he said. "If they were angry with me, burn my house down, slash my tires, confront me." An exact number of horses sickened was unclear, but officials believe they were more than 20. The animals, whose prognosis was not known, were under the care of veterinarians. Poisoned Horses Update; One Still Critical by: Kimberly S. Brown, Editor August 02 2009, Article # 14641 Print Email Add to Favorites RSS ShareThis Debbie Tomin, co-owner with her husband, Bill, of Rockridge Farm in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., told TheHorse.com late Sunday morning that "23 horses were fed the poisonous concoction (of apples, carrots, and oleander leaves). "All the ones in the barn and three outside (were fed the dangerous mixture)," she said of the Saddlebreds at their farm. "We brought two home from the hospital yesterday (that had been poisoned), but one is still in critical condition. "All the horses will have a blood test on Monday to see if their heart muscles have been affected," she said. "Once cleared, they can go back to work. "We have no suspects, no disgruntled employees or clients," Tomin said. "Maybe they hit the wrong barn?" A video survelience system will be installed on Monday, she said. If you have any information that might lead the Tomins to finding out who deliberately tried to poison their horses, please e-mail rsfsickhorses@gmail.com.
