Those of you that know me, know I've led a rather unusual life. Now I am spilling my guts. My new E-book, "Beware of Rich Friends"  is now available for download. It covers my move to the enchanting landscape of Sedona, Arizona. A place best known for the strange and spiritually intriguing occurrences that take place on this most sacred ground. Including memories from "The Great Peace March for Global Nuclear Disarmament", and interactions with The Rainbow Family of Living Light. This personal journey led to my recruitment as a bodyguard to an heiress of one of America's more affluent families. And our struggle to keep from being murdered at the hands of her families henchmen.

After decades of repression, Tibetans are crying out to the world for change. China's leaders are right now making a crucial choice between escalating brutality or dialogue that could determine the future of Tibet, and China.

We can affect this historic choice -- China does care about its international reputation. But it will take an avalanche of global people power to get the government's attention. The Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, has called for restraint and dialogue: he needs the world's people to support him. Fill out the form below to sign the petition--and spread the word.

I consider these people kindred spirits who are already doing what my intention for the "Green Ribbon Project" is. Bringing the food to the people. Check out their video page and explore the rest of their site if you have a mind to.

They also have a tribe at

You can also look into our Builders of the Arks group, and join in if you haven't already.

I Googled our group name, and checked a listing that did not lead to "OUR" Builders of the Arks.

I don't know the guy who wrote it, nor had I read any of his writings previously. But he seems to capture the essence of our mission quite well, however varied in expression it may be. Its nice to know we are not the only ones. Check out the following link...

I recieved this from a myspace sister and was so impressed with it that I am sending it out to all I can reach. Awesome! A recentering for these times of chaos.

One of the goals of the Human/Nature Foundation is:

To provide food and modest shelter to the local homeless populations,
and to provide a communal mailing address, phone call receiving,
and job placement services to aid in their re-assimilation into society.

While not wanting this group to become a forum for politics or petitioning, the following one does call for creating a much needed change in our societies policy, and is very much in alignment with HNF goals. I welcome your support in creating more accessible alternatives for the least affluent among us. Please read, and if so moved, sign the petition at this link:

Here's to you on turkey day
for all the food you put away
Seems you could hardly wait for grace
so you could finally stuff your face

No one had to ask you twice
two scoops yam and three scoops rice
Mash potato with gravy
cranberry sauce and sweet green peas

Dinner rolls all golden brown
with melted butter dripping down
And that poor bird won't be the same
they say you're partially to blame

You ate and then you ate some more
was it three plates, or maybe four
The serving trays went round and round
t'was a wonder you could keep it down

Then we all began to talk
making jokes 'bout if you could walk
But you ignored our jokes and jeers
still nibbling on corn cob ears

But then your eyes got big and round
and your stomach made that funny sound
And you declared that you must stop
for if not you would surely pop

You'd clearly outdone all your peers
with stuffing falling from your ears
You ate so much you wondered why
that's when someone asked, "O.K., who wants pie?"
