Hi friends, please view this video sent to me by my chat pal friend Arnie, that's Dr. A. Liu. I have known him for years and he is absolutely sincere.
All his previous efforts to contact the BP people in charge and the US government to offer his help have unfortunately failed so far. That's why his technical communication group made this video and put it on YouTube hoping to get attention.
