Well friends, this is the real me & my hubby -- as my oldest ornery son recreated us. We're classic rockers, not disco people, but this had us in hysterical laughter!!! Therfore, I decided to try and share it so you too might enjoy a LOL moment amidst our serious discussions, etc.!!

This essay, the high school winner of The Nation's Student Writing Contest, argues that until inequities in education are eliminated, a permanent underclass will continue to exist.

My precious 11th Grandchild, REZNOR CAVALERA BILL, was born Friday 7/11, weighing 6 pounds 3 ounces & was 18 1/2 inches long, & has lots of long black hair... And all went perfectly!!! Although my daughter is only 5' tall & only weighed 125, she had an amazingly easy first birth!! Being SUCH a proud Mama & Grandma, I could write a whole book about how awesome & blessed it all was! However, I am now 2 weeks behind in my doctorate courses and MUST get caught up quickly. Therefore, please, do not be offended if I seem neglectful for a couple more weeks. I will be scanning through for important or personal messages,  only, for now.
It does bug me to think of all the good discussions I've missed, as well as important news, et al! I really DO love you each & every one!
PEACE~

Hi Friends,

I am looking for some real HELP. My sister-in-law/best pal has been batttling kidney problems and although finally on the list, in TN, she still has it tougher because she is RH negative. They live near Knoxville, TN. They have 2 daughters and one grand baby. I would do ANYTHING posible to help her, but I can't for medical reasons (& not the same blood type(.
Therefore, IF you, or anyone you know, might be RH -, AND, willing to share a kidney, PLEASE let me know.

This is especially intense to me, because her husband lost his own mother when he was just 2. Then our grandparents took over, but Grandma died and several years later Grandpa died. (That is how my cousin became my brother, we raised him after those deaths). To make matters sadder, our family has lost several children to death & all were close him (my son, his neice, his oldest brother, fellow cousins, etc.). It has always broken my heart that he has had to endure so much loss, and, it "kills" me to know his dear wife is getting so bad & I can't help. We don't even live close so as to visit, etc.

PLEASE, let me know if know of any posible help!!! THANK YOU!!!!
Peace,
KathleenR/AngelFaith

Have all my fellow red heads heard about this? At least I have a couple red haired cousins and some 2nd cousins, too. My oldest and youngest grandsons have red hair, while the other 8 grandkids have varying degrees of red highlights - like my own kids.
ALSO, there is much scientific research concerning people with red hair and pain medications, plus anthesthetics, and more!
I want them to discover how the first red hair genes came about and where!!!

Congress can block an escalation but it is uncertain if they will. They need to hear from us immediately and loudly. We owe it to our troops—and the Iraqis—whose lives are on the line. Can you, PLEASE, sign the petition opposing an escalation in Iraq? MoveOn.Org will deliver your comments to your representatives by the end of the day—there's no time to waste. The scenes of devastation in Moore, Okla., after a possibly 2-mile-wide tornado tore apart schools and homes on Monday (May 20) led to an inevitable question: Could anything have been done to save buildings and lives?

Perhaps the piles of newspapers, almost-working appliances, or old Barbie dolls start out as part of a harmless, if eccentric, collection. Or perhaps they are items on a languishing to-do list. But as the clutter builds, it can become pathological.
