This is a new pix of me with "the Kids", Abby Rose & Cujo!
As some of you know, I have a disease of the spine, Stenosis.  That means that my spinal colum is narrowing, and causing my nerves and things to be pinched.  This is causing me to have a lot of pain in my neck, head, shoulders, arms, backand legs!  I also have some disc's in my back that are in pretty bad shape.  And I have a degenreative disease of my spine!  I have lost one inch in my heighth since high school, too.
It is hard for me to sit or stand.  I have a hard time walking for more than 5 minutes, and standing for more than 5 minutes. 

I also, as if the spine thing isn't enough, have PPH, a disease of the heart.  Which causes me to have chest pains, but not a heart attack.  For this I was told by my heart doctor, just to lay down and rest out the pain!  I also had Mono about 14 years ago and that left me with a blood disease, Ebb-Stien Barr, which causes Cronic Fatigue.  And the PPH also sucks the energy right out of me, as well!

I've had a couple of doctors tell me that I have Fibro Miagla in my arms. 

A sleep study I took a few years ago showed that I have a sever case of Restless Leg syndrome.  In one hour of deep sleep I had a total of 519 invoulentary leg movements!  In one hour! 

Because of all these little problems I am limited to things that I can do.  So I am home, most of the time!  It's hard for me to get myself up and dressed and to go out, even to the store. 

I am blessed with a daughter in law who does come over and will push me into getting dressed and going out.  But only for a little while.  

I can't go shopping at the Mall, too much walking.  They don't have those little carts to ride, like at Wal-mart, K-mart and most of our grocery stores. 

I have missed out on going to a lot of things with my kids and grand kids because I just can't do a lot of walking.  I have missed going to see the Jubliee of Trees in November, because of all the walking.  And I love Christmas, and love to see all the beautiful Trees and Christmas things there.  My kids and I have wanted to go to Tuacan to the Festivil of the Lights for the past 3 years, and there is a lot of walking and stairs there, so of course, I have never been able to go there. 

After trying for a few years I finally got on disability.  Which is devestating to me!  I would give back ever check if I could just be back the way I was and go back to work!

I love to work with the public! 

There are many times I have had to stay home and not go to things with my Grand kids, and have stayed at home, and cried.

Well, on Thursday I got something that is going to change my life!  I had applied for an electric chair from the Scooter Store, and my rep, Tim, delivered it Thursday! 

What a great guy!  Tim was so nice, and he made sure that my new ride would fit through all the doors and hall and measured my arms and legs to make sure he had the right size chair for me.  He showed me EVERYTHING that had to do with my chair.  And I even had to pass an operating test, or he wouldn't have been able to leave it with me.  No kidding, he said he did have to tell one man that after the poor guy tried and tried, he just couldn't get the hang of how to operate his chair, so, Tim had to leave him with no chair!  

I must say that I was so excited that I was getting my chair, I was a little nervous, and those chairs aren't as easy to operate as they look on TV.  But he was satisfied that I wouldn't destroy my house or run over the "kids"  (Abby & Cujo), so I got to keep it!  I haven't had it out side of the house, yet.  And to be honest, my son Zac has had more time driving it around than I have!  Thank God Tim showed me how to engage the child lock on it!   

Tim had a lot of stories,  mostly funny ones about some of his clients!  We had a lot of fun!  And when he left I had to give him a big hug!

Now, all I have to do, is try and get my energy up,so I can go and do something fun!  I'm ready to go to the mall!  And to BIG LOTS!  And in November I will be going to the Festivle of the Trees!  And in December, I'm looking forward to going to Tuacan for the Festival of the Lights with the kids and grand kids! 

I'm so excited, and happy about getting my new Ride, I just wanted to share it with you!  Maybe, when I get looking a little human, I will have someone take a snapshot of me in my new chair!  But for now, this is what my chair looks like!  The back even reclines!  Whoo Hooo!  And Tim gave me a nice bag that will hold a lot of stuff, that fits over the left arm rest!  So, I won't have to drag my heavy purse around!

Before I close this I just want to say THANK YOU! To all my friends who have written to me and sent me the cute little things that you send!  And say, I am sorry that I haven't been here much the past months!  I'm trying to catch up on all my mail, and sign the petitions and read all your blogs, too!
Sherri, I am so excited that your husband finally got his kidney!  When you wrote and told me, I cried!  And I gave God all the Praise and Glory!  Here's to a speedy and great recovery for him!  And my God continue to bless and keep your beautiful family!
