  • We do not accept ink cartridges from dealers or cartridge recycling centers without preauthorization and a purchase order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
     
  • Our program is totally free to participate in, no cost for any shipping containers or shipping labels or for signing up. No contracts, no hassles, no charge back, no penalties, no counting, no sorting, no self-disposal of unacceptable cartridges.
