DOB: Sep 28, 1974Child Protective Services officials said the baby tested positive for cocaine after he was born.

The boy's parents volunteered to let friends care for the baby rather than having him placed in foster care. But last night, police said, the parents ran off with the baby.

Cps official said things went awry at the CiCi's Pizza on airline when 32-year-old Cynthia Morse and 33-year-old Ronald Vandiver went to the restaurant for a supervised visit with their son.

"Apparently on Wednesday, during one of those bonding sessions, the mother and father of the child removed the child from the hosting family," said CPS spokesperson John Lennan.

While at CiCi's, police said, Vandiver said he was going to the bathroom to change the baby's diaper shortly after Morse said she was going outside to smoke a cigarette, Instead, officials said, the couple took off with the baby.

Corpus Christi Police Department officers were called to canvas the area, and they have continued to check bus stations and taxi services to see if the couple may be heading to San Antonio, where they have family.

A judge signed an order giving police the authority to look for the baby, take custody, and return him to CPS. Police said they were concerned about the baby's welfare because the parents are alleged to have a history of drug abuse.

CPS investigators are looking at the case as an abuse and neglect case. They said Morse has three other children, and has been previously investigated on allegations of abuse and neglect. Click here for more info>>

Bonnie Kaye Grandstaff Age 13 Lakeland, Florida - Polk County Sheriff's Missing Unit detectives are searching for a missing 13-year-old Lakeland girl. Bonnie Grandstaff was reported missing Friday morning.

Bonnie was last seen by her mother at 11:00 p.m. Thursday night, and when her mother got up this morning at 6:00 a.m. she discovered that Bonnie was missing.

Bonnie is described as a white girl with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green top and a black jacket with red stripes on the sleeves and the word "Chevy" on the back in white letters. Click here for more info>>

Florida: $80,000 REWARD
South Tampa home focus in search for missing social worker

Sandra PrinceTemple Terrace Police continue their search of a South Tampa home for any clues to the disappearance of Sandra Prince. The 59-year-old social worker was reported missing from her home in January 2006.

Investigators have obtained a second search warrant to look for evidence inside a house on W. Vasconia Street. Prince's boyfriend, Earl Pippin, was a contractor on the house which was being built at the time of Prince's disappearance. Police have named Pippin a "person of interest" in the case.

Temple Terrace Police detectives previously dug up the back yard at the Vasconia Street home.

A police spokesman says results of soil samples analyzed after the first search gave investigators probable cause to obtain a second warrant, this time for the inside and underneath the house. Investigators are not saying anything more about the case. An anonymous Temple Terrace area business has also contributed $5,000 to the reward leading to the location of Sandra Prince. South Sioux City, NE Girl Goes Missing After Weekend Party

She's a 15 year old native american female with brown hair and brown eyes.
She's five-foot-four and weighs 120 pounds.A South Sioux City, Nebraska teen hasn't been seen since early Saturday morning and police hope you can help them find her.

Her parents say she snuck out of the house early Saturday morning, and was last seen at a home on Sioux City's west side.

Those inside the house told her parents drugs were there, and when shots were fired inside the house everyone got out except for Raina and the person who lived at the residence. Raina hasn't been seen since.

Police weren't notified of Hulit's disappearance until yesterday. Through interviews with people at the party, they've determined that Hulit was inside the home and that shots were fired. They believe she is alive, and at this point they're treating the teen as a runaway.

Lieutenant Marti Reilly, Sioux City Police says, "Police officers did execute a search warrant at a location that was mentioned. It doesn't indicate by what they saw as far a physical evidence that anyone was shot at that location."

Missouri: Woman's Disappearance Deemed Suspicious, nephew wanted for questioning

Nancy Harris and nephew Bret SpringfieldIndependence police are searching for a woman who has been missing since Dec. 28 and her nephew, who they believe might know something about her whereabouts.

A family member said the disappearance of Nancy J. Harris, 63, is unusual and that no relatives or friends had heard from her, according to police. She takes medications and has not been in contact with her physician, police said.

The nephew, Bret Springfield, was living with Harris at her apartment until the day she disappeared. Police said they believe he traveled west through Kansas to Perry, Utah, and might be heading to Jerome, Idaho.

Holly Carruthers, also known as Holly MetzgerDespite flyers bearing her picture and periodic stories in the news media, there are no solid leads on the disappearance of a Lexington woman. Holly Carruthers, also known as Holly Metzger, has been missing since Dec. 17. Holly is a single mother with two children, a 12-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter that means the world to her. She works at Infocision Management Corporation and graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a BA in accounting.

Lexington Police Chief Brett Pauley says they have not ruled out foul play in the case of the missing woman who was last seen around Wal-Mart and the nearby gas station on Possum Run Road.

Her car was found Dec. 18 in a ditch on State Route 97 near Mohican Forest in Ashland County.

The missing woman's aunt, Dawn Risner, says she has no idea why Carruthers would go to the Mohican area at that time of year. She says it's possible the woman was confused because her medicine had been changed.

Carruthers was last known to be wearing a black coat with an emblem over the left breast, a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. She is 5-feet-2-inches tall, weighs 138 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. Missing: Nov 9, 2007The Laura Recovery Center Foundation is searching for a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since Nov. 9.

Cori Baker is believed to have with Marquis Bullock, who was driving a 1995 red Pontiac Firebird, according to the foundation's Web site A banner across the top of the rear window reads "United States Airforce," and the front right quarter panel and the front bumper are cracked.

Baker was last seen wearing an orange hooded jacket with the word "Hornets" across the front, royal blue T-shirt with the word "Sapulpa," white Dickie knee length shorts and earth-toned plaid Van style shoes. Baker had her hair done in corn rows the day before she disappeared.

Baker's black purse also was missing. A yellow golf shirt with blue stripes belonging to Bullock is also missing.

A Tulsa man was charged with murder Thursday in a case involving a missing 13-year-old girl. The charges stem from Cori Baker's disappearance.

Marquis Milton Bullock, 18, was charged with one count of first-degree murder in the presumed death of Cori Baker, who was last seen leaving school Nov. 9 with a man matching Bullock's description and in a car matching the description of one owned by Bullock.

Volunteers, firefighters and police have conducted several extensive searches for Baker's body in Tulsa County and in Muskogee County near Taft, but were unable to find a body.

Bullock, the boyfriend of Baker's sister, has been held without charge in lieu of more than $1 million bond on complaints of kidnapping and first-degree murder since his Nov. 12 arrest. His initial appearance has been delayed twice as investigators and volunteers searched for Baker. Bullock's initial appearance is scheduled for Friday. Without a charge being filed, a judge could have ordered him to be freed.

The last day Baker was seen, she told a teacher and friends at Union Alternative School that her older sister's boyfriend was picking her up from school that day, according to an arrest report. Witnesses reported seeing her get into a car matching the description of one owned by Bullock and driven by a per son matching Bullock's description, the report states. When Baker failed to come home that day, her father filed a missing persons report.

According to police, Bullock picked up Baker around 2 p.m. Baker's older sister told police that Bullock returned home around 3:30 p.m. missing a yellow polo shirt with blue horizontal stripes that he had been wearing when he went to pick Baker up. Police later discovered a blood stain on the carpet of Bullock's red Pontiac Firebird, and blood stains on his shoes, the report states.

Police said Bullock made several inconsistent remarks about where he was when Baker went missing. Although Baker's body has not been recovered, the evidence is sufficient to file charges, said Assistant District Attorney Bill Musseman.

"The effort to recover Cori Baker's body has not been successful as of yet," Musseman said. "However, the information and evidence presented to our office at this time is sufficient to establish probable cause for the filing."

Musseman said prosecutors probably will ask that Bullock be held without bond. Kidnapping charges were not filed because the information on the case did not support it, he said. "The information we received so far doesn't establish that he took her forcefully," he said. Click here for more info>>

Jacqueline NavaExactly one month ago a 24-year old pregnant woman went missing from her Tulsa home. Police suspect foul play. Jacqueline Nava disappeared on December 9, leaving behind her two toddlers and husband.

This is just the most recent disappearance in a string of missing girls and women in Green Country in the past few months.

Missing since November, 13-year old Cori Baker, then a mother Angie Tucker, 17-year old Anne Marie White and Jacqueline Nava. Police believe all the women are either dead or in danger.

Jacqueline and Jose got married 6 years ago. They met in Mexico but moved to the United States to start a new life and a new family.

Police believe Jacqueline may have willingly left, but Jose says if she did she can't survive on her own because she can’t read or write.

Police say Jacqueline has disappeared before but this time they say not everything adds up. “We'll try to get cell phones, credit cards, anything we can to trace it", says Corporal Gene Watkins.

Jacqueline didn't have a car, she didn't know how to drive and she didn't have a credit card. “Somebody knows something, we're not here to get her in trouble. We're just trying to find out if she is a victim of crime." Another month goes by and no sign of Jacqueline but Jose still has hope of finding her. Police don't believe the Jose is a suspect. Brianna Fannon, 14, left North Henderson High School on Friday and has not been seen since.Family members and law officers are searching for a 14-year-old North Henderson High School freshman who has been missing since Friday.

Brianna Fannon left school on Friday and has not been seen since, said a family friend, Joyce Murray. Henderson County sheriff’s spokesman Joe Johnson confirmed authorities are looking for a 14-year-old female. “We believe she is still in Hendersonville and more than likely to be with two additional teenagers,” Johnson said.

Murray said family members believe the girl may be with two boys who are also missing, one 14 and the other 16 or 17. She said one of the boys is thought to have taken his grandmother’s car, a 2002 burgundy Saturn. “We’ve put up posters everywhere,” Murray said. “In the Ingles store, anywhere we think they might be seen.”

“She is with these boys, it was confirmed,” said the girl’s mother, Jaylene Fannon. “We don’t know where they are. They are in the missing persons report. We asked them why they couldn’t put her in an Amber alert and they said she’s not in danger.”

She described her daughter as 5-foot-3, 115 pounds with a fair complexion and light brown hair that is almost waist length.

Missing for nine daysThe mother of missing Dublin teenager Amy Fitzpatrick has told a media conference that no clothing belonging to her missing daughter has so far been found in police searches. Earlier reports suggested a pair of black leggings found in a ravine not far from where she was last seen might have been hers.

Amy's mother Audrey also told the media in Spain that she and her daughter were very close and it was unheard of for Amy not to have contacted her for so long. The teenager went missing on New Year's Day, near her home in Fuengirola.

Police today stepped up their search which involves two helicopters, sniffer dogs, mapping experts from Madrid and a large team of police officers. Amy Fitzpatrick disappeared while she was walking home from a friend's house on New Year's Day.

Her mother arrived at the scene of the search this morning and again issued an appeal for information. Investigating police from the Guardia Civil are co-ordinating the search and are extending it to an area 12km in radius.

No civilians are being allowed to take part in the search. Volunteers had been asked to gather at the Calla Mijes football pitch, which is beside the school that Amy previously attended.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has also offered consular assistance but that offer does not appear to have been taken up and no Irish official is present in Fuengirola.

Interpol has not been alerted and the gardaí also say that they have not received a request from the Spanish police for assistance and their liaison officer based in Madrid has not been asked to travel to the Costa del Sol. Click here for more info>>

Police have launched a full scale search for Belinda Michelle Wilson who went missing from her home in Titirangi last week.West Auckland Police have been investigating two possible sightings of missing Titirangi woman Belinda Wilson. Police have had two independent sightings of a woman matching Wilson's description and pulling a black trundler bag.

Detective Sergeant Sean Hyland-Mills says police have been searching the central shopping district where the sightings occurred and also the wider New Lynn area.

He says they have established that she is known in the New Lynn region, and it wouldn't be unusual for her to be seen shopping there. But Hyland-Mills says while the sightings match Wilson's description, they can't be 100% sure that it is her.

Authorities want to question man in hiker's disappearance
Police say there are reports a man carrying an expandable baton, a weapon carried by police, followed her out of the woods.

Authorities say they found the missing woman's car and her dog's leash, but, no sign of her.


The search continues this morning for Meredith Emerson and her dog, Ella, who were last seen on a hike in the Georgia wilderness. For now, authorities are treating Emerson's disappearance as a missing person's case.
A silver-haired white man believed to be 60-years-old and weighing 160 pounds has been named as a "person of interest" in the disappearance of a 24-year-old hiker from Gwinnett County. During an afternoon news conference, investigators said they also learned the man could be driving a white minivan.

Union County authorities want to talk to the man, who witnesses described as having no or bad teeth and standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall. The man was seen several times talking with Meredith Emerson, who went hiking with her black Labrador on New Year's Day. Emerson was reported missing on Wednesday.

"This man was seen with her on multiple occasions during that day," said Union County investigator Kimberly Verdone.

Authorities said the man in question had a large, reddish-colored dog with him that answered to the name of "Dandy." Emerson and the man's dogs ran up the mountains near Dahlonega together, and the two were seen following their dogs Tuesday, witnesses told authorities. The man in question was spotted again Wednesday morning.

The witnesses said the man also had with him a large, yellow backpack that looked like it had enough gear for days. Verdone said witnesses described the man as, "Weathered and no teeth and looked as if he had been hiking for quite from time."

With the possibility of foul play, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation joined in the search for Emerson and the man Thursday. Add to that, a team of eight from Gwinnett County search-and-rescue, one fire search-and-rescue team, and a Georgia State Patrol helicopter using an infrared device are taking part in the search.

"At this time we are assembling teams with experience and non-experience," Verdone said at a late morning news conference. Emerson's father is also reported to be taking part in the search.

Thursday afternoon, authorities said the search would be suspended at dusk Thursday evening and resume again Friday morning if Emerson is not found. Emerson was believed to be hiking the Freeman Trail, which measures six miles in length.

Earlier Thursday, investigator Verdone said five or six people had come forward with information about Emerson. One of them, a former police officer, told a shop owner that after passing Emerson and her dog, he spotted a suspicious man who was carrying a police baton.

"He seemed a bit uneasy but he wasn't completely in an emergency state," said Jennifer Moorse, a store employee.

The ex-cop said that on the way back from his hike, he became more concerned when he found the baton along with some of Emerson's belongings near the trail.

"At that point, he felt really uneasy about the situation," said Moorse.

The ex-cop returned to the scene to help investigators pinpoint the area where he saw Emerson, as well as the suspicious man.

Whether she met with foul play or foul weather, Emerson was prepared for both, friends said. She was an experienced hiker and accomplished martial arts student described by her self-defense instructor as "120 pounds of pure tough."

"I've seen her take down men twice her size," said Ken Blumreich.

After reporting her missing, hundreds of friends and relatives traveled to Blood Mountain in Union County where they found her snow-covered car in a trail parking lot. Authorities have confirmed that a water bottle and leash found on the mountain and turned into a local shop owner belong to Emerson.

A short time after her car was found, three teams started what would be six-mile search in the woods in Union County where Emerson took her dog on a hike. They ended the ground search at 6:30 p.m. as sub-zero degree temperatures moved into the region.

Volunteer searchers gathered by the dozens to help but were initially asked to stay clear of the mountain so that their body heat was not mistaken for Emerson's.

"We are doing every effort to find Meredith," Verdone said, adding that members of the Appalachian Trail Club have been contacted for any information about caves or other areas where Emerson could have survived the night.

Family spokesperson Peggy Bailey, Emerson's godmother, said Emerson's parents flew in from Colorado Wednesday night. Emerson's father joined the foot search for his daughter Thursday.

"Her parents, as you can imagine, are devastated and frightened but they are strong people, as is Meredith," said Bailey. "She is smart, level-headed."

Emerson, a University of Georgia graduate, just started a new job and was excited about taking on a leadership role there, Bailey said. She was also skilled at hiking.

"Meredith Emerson could do anything. She is feisty. She is strong. She is tiny and petite, 120 pounds, [but] she can run those mountains. She’s a strong person. If anyone can survive this she can."

Boulder police are looking for a 13-year-old girl who was last seen at her north Boulder home five days ago.

According to police, Elizabeth Vannoy was last seen by her grandmother at about 1:15 p.m. on Friday.

Officials have not issued an Amber Alert, but say the girl's family is concerned for her welfare. Vannoy reportedly left her home in freezing temperatures but did not take a coat or her cell phone.

Vannoy is Caucasian, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair with a red tint. Officials said she may still be in the Boulder area, possibly on the Pearl Street Mall or in Broomfield near the Flatiron Crossing mall.

In the past, she has used the names Beth, Elly, Elizabeth, Kat and Kat Montez. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and white pants.

A Memphis girl missing for more than two years has been spotted in Texas.

RICKEL FITCH DOB: Dec 8, 2002 Age Now: 44 year-old Rickel Fitch was taken by her non-custodial father back in August of 2005.

Yesterday authorities found and arrested the father at a home in Duncanville, Texas, just outside Dallas. Rickey Evans was considered a federal fugitive according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

After the arrest, police learned Rickel Fitch was on a list for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. By the time officers got back to the house, Rickel was gone along with Evans' girlfriend, Shapale Amos, aka Shapale White. "It's been seven days now, and we'd like to bring this to a closure," Norman's father, Danny Bolden, his eyes red and tear-filled, said at a news conference Tuesday at JSU.

Among those questioned was Norman's ex-boyfriend, Stanley Cole, another JSU student. Pearl police arrested him last week on a simple assault charge stemming from an October incident in which Cole allegedly punched Norman. He was released on $500 bond. Norman's current boyfriend also has been questioned. "We haven't ruled anyone out," Samuel said.

Attiq Ullah Age 12Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 12-year-old boy who has been missing from his home in Moseley since Tuesday November 13.

Attiq Ullah was last seen at his home address in Chestnut Road on Monday evening. He was found to be missing the following morning.

Due to his age Attiq is considered vulnerable and officers are very concerned for his welfare.

Emma AgnewEmma Agnew, a 20 year old profoundly deaf woman, is still missing in Christchurch since leaving a friend's house last Thursday morning.

Emma was last seen at about 10.15 am last Thursday morning when she left a friend's house to go to work at the Deaf Association where she was expected at 10.30am. She never arrived.

Emma's car was later found burnt out at Bromley Park (Pages Road/ McGregors Road) at 9.45pm on Thursday evening.

Emma was last seen wearing black flared trousers and a navy blue 'hoody' top.

Detective Inspector Tom Fitzgerald says that police are very interested to identify a silver Japanese car seen in and around the area of Bromley Park on Thursday evening between 9-10pm.

"It was parked very close and traveling around the Bromley Park area," Detective Inspector Fitzgerald says.

Missing Florida teen on the run with convicted felon

Carl Robert Dugo Age21Police are searching for Cape Coral runaway who was last seen Wednesday morning in the company of a convicted felon. Rachel Lee Harold, 15, was spotted with Carl Robert Dugo, 21, trying to cash a stolen check at the Money Corner store in North Fort Myers around 10 a.m.

A Lee County deputy arrived at the store, but the couple fled in a 1992 gold Mercury with license tag GRL8Q. Deputies briefly chased them north on US-41, but ended the pursuit when they say Dugo started speeding and driving recklessly. Police say they are likely still in the area, but may be headed toward Colorado.

Harold was reported missing Tuesday morning after she left a note for her mother on a torn piece of notebook paper. "I started to cry. I thought, 'My God! Rachel, you don't know what you're getting yourself into," said her mom, Mary Hevner. The note said Rachel "… fell in love with a boy."

But Dugo is far from a boy - he's a man with a mugshot and a lengthy rap sheet. "She's in danger," Hevner said. "I think any time you get behind the wheel and you're fleeing, it's like giving someone a deadly weapon. But now it's not just his life. It's this young girl's life and the life of anyone in a car they should smash into," said a relative of Dugo's, who asked not to be named.

She also thinks Dugo is a threat. "He does fear going back to prison, and that is scary because that's the motivation for continuing running," she said.
Though no Amber Alert has been issued, the teen is considered missing and endangered because she is with a convicted felon.

Dugo, who is also known as "Bobby," of Marx Drive in North Fort Myers, has been arrested by Lee County deputies a half-dozen times on a wide range of charges, including grand theft, burglary and dealing in stolen property.

When caught, police say Dugo will be charged with fleeing and eluding police and sheltering an unmarried minor.

Hayley WallConcern is growing for the safety of a 16-year-old girl missing from home since Saturday.

Hayley Wall, from Peakirk, near Peterborough, was last seen at home at around 10am that morning. Hayley is described as white, slim, with blue eyes and collar length mousey fair hair. She was wearing a grey vest top, white trousers and white trainers. She was carrying a bag.

Officers are appealing to anyone with any information in relation to her disappearance to contact them.. "Her family and friends are very worried and need to know she is safe and well.

"Whilst this has happened before, Hayley has always kept in touch so we are becoming very concerned about her because she hasn't made contact with anybody.
