This is pretty simple stuff,  read it, do it, 

 quit eating poison,

quit getting programmmed by the negative Monarch program,

God Consciousness Instructions, and Diatomite(detox)

- start doing holosync, with headphones,..1/2 hour a day of the Dive, for 14 days, then listen to the Dive, and Immersion, everyday, 1 hour,.. start listening to the theta cd, as much as possible, extra, besides the hour.

- start with 4 multi, with greens,
and 2 omegas, every day,..increase as you get used to them, and as you increase your exercise.

- take equal amounts of branched chain amino acids,(I buy mine at GNC, General Nutrition Centers), as the multi, with greens,.. increase as you get used to them, and as you increase your exercise.
I take 15 a day of each(aminos, and multis)


- do a lot of exercise, and deep breathing,.. drink 150 ounces of water every day, a must


- Take 1 heaping spoon of diatomite, in a small glass of water, stir and drink,
.. start with one a day, and increase, as you are able to, I took up to 12 per day,
when the "bugs" started coming out.

- always do.. " the right thing",
- always think positive

I used to be a meat lover. And oh man, how I loved to eat meat!
