God Consciousness Instructions, and Diatomite(detox)

- start doing holosync, with headphones,..1/2 hour a day of the Dive, for 14 days, then listen to the Dive, and Immersion, everyday, 1 hour,.. start listening to the theta cd, as much as possible, extra, besides the hour.

- start with 4 multi, with greens,
and 2 omegas, every day,..increase as you get used to them, and as you increase your exercise.

- Take 1 heaping spoon of diatomite, in a small glass of water, stir and drink,
