Good Morning Starshine!

O.k. 

so maybe it's not morning, but whatever it is I hope it's good.  And I hope you don't mind me calling you Starshine.  

My weekend involved quite a bit of sushi and lots of lovin'!
I hope all my devoted readers (that's right both of you) had as satisfying a weekend as I.  Ahhh...love is so sweet!
  I finished the first leg of the piratical performance for our arts fest here and this coming weekend will be the grand finale!  Then I will be wisked away by my good friend Dave to some place gorgeous...which could be pretty much anywhere I can spend time with him!  HA!  It's hard to be dis-satisfied with the scenery when you're just so happy to be with someone...
Anyway, the proposed location is somewhere that involves water, perhaps a secluded California beach. 
No rainbow gathering for this sparkly little wanna be drag queen.  My neighbor and land lord is not doing so well health wise and as her family is not around my friend and neighbor Pawl and I have taken it upon ourselves to see that she is cared for.  She has asked him not to go on vacation this summer and I decided to do the same (sort of).  I thought I should be at least near a phone and with in 4-6 hours driving distance of home.  C'est la vie!
There is always next summer.
