Unknown nudibranch

I have no idea what this guy is. This sequence shows something I've never seen before - rhinophores transforming from a simple shape (similar to a hermissenda) to an annulate shape (similar to an f. trilineata) and back. I had thought rhinophores were unchanging shapes but these pictures seem to indicate that they can change shape quickly.

About 4mm long.
