As long as enlistment fraud, sign-up bonuses, and draconian punishments for troops who speak out against unjust causes exist, Americans will be manipulated into participating in unjust seiges.  Today's conscientious objectors have served and thought better of it.

Please do what you can.

There are a lot of troops who are being persecuted for following their consciences.  A marine for 10 years, Kevin Benderman has been jailed without meaningful opportunity for parole.  He is not the only conscientious objector who refuses to return to Iraq.  These soldiers really have their fannies in the fire and we need to support them.
