Just wanted to saybig Thank You to people who are acknowledging me already. I'm still working on my personal info. I am very techno illiterate still. Some difficult stuff I just seem to intuit; other real easy peasy lemon squeezy just eludes me for please all bear with me!
I'm also just coming to grips with face book!
This seems like a very good site. I am quite wary of what I get involved with online. Avaaz is the only other one thus far.

Also due to various issues including health I have ended up living in a very small village in East Anglia with no buses after 6pm and because I am on Welfare very longterm cannot afford a car or to get taxi/cab. Not complaining just explaining..but it has resulted in my becoming very socially isolated!

I am quite a hermit in many ways by nature but it's getting a bit TOO much! So the chance to interact and get to know people like this is great. And especially as we all CARE about things.

As an ageing hippie as much as any other "type" I on the onehand find myself really despairing these days; on the other I discover just how many amazing wonderful people ARE out there.

I still do want to heal and save the world and even if winning the war looks impossible I believe that what's important is to keep fighting the battles.
Love to you all. Will be blogging or whatever it is soon.
