Hello again Folks. Just wanted to send a link that will take you directly to my petition since someone has let me know they had trouble finding it. Sorry about the oversight. This is my first petition and I'm still learning how to put it all together. Hope this makes it easier for you to take a look. Thanks, Linda Rust.http://www.thepetitionsite.com/638/065/565/president-obama-amend-your-decision-to-allow-arctic-drilling/

Hello Everyone,

I have started a petition asking President Obama to amend his decision to allow drilling in the Arctic region. After reading a Care2 article about the accident that occurred before the drilling rigs even reached their destination, I felt it was time to make our voices heard and try to stop this travesty of inevitable environmental destruction. There are too many times when corporate avarice is allowed to run rampant over the treasures of our natural world. Please read my petition, I hope you will be inspired to add your voice to a worthy cause. If you share my concern for our beautiful planet and the destruction energy corporations want to bring to our most delicate and pristine ecosystems, please share the petition with anyone you know who might share those feelings, in any way you can. Please feel free to contact me with any comments or suggestions you might have. Thanks for your support!

Sincerely, Linda Rust.
