I have this a little abandoned, I promise I will write more (:
Well, I'm not really sure what I'm going to write today, but I decided to do it. If you want to know right now I'm in my acupunture session.
This months I have been meditating, and I can tell you whenever you need an answer, it comes as fast as a beam if you learn to listen to your heart.
Meditation is really important and silence is like magic, what you want to know comes to your mind and whatever you need to hear, see, feel, etc. will go out.
I'm saying what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to feel, and maybe we say: "life is unfair", "why me?" "it is God's wish", No! Not really.
Everything you have donde has brought you to this moment, and sometimes some people just "coincide" with you because is what you need in that moment and altough sometimes it hurts, we need to understand.
I wrote this because it was the first thing it came up to my mind and I think I understood something really important this last days.
I wrote by personal experience! So, whenever you feel bad you just need to remember an important change is coming, and everyday we are nearer to our real home. I will talk about this next time I write But today just enjoy life! And don't be afraid to be who you are.

This last month (may) many happy things happened to me, I realized EVERY MOMENT in life is a gift and even tough we are not conscious of that, every little thing is a wonder!
Imagine if colors didin't exist, imagine if food was the same in every country, imagine if animals were all the same, people, music.. LIFE.
We are here becuase the gratest gift was given to us, we are supposed to enojy it and live it with passion and love!
Human body is PERFECT, we are designed not to fail, of course it is true we can't control external environment and other persons desicions on how to react BUT we can decide and we can control ourselves.
You choose who you are and you choose how to live your life!
If someone makes you pass through a bad moment, well, just make whatever you have to (shout, cry, hit a punching ball, run) and let it go. ALWAYS nourish positive things, nourish love and you WILL receive love.
Remember, EVERYTHING happens for a reason, and no matter how badly the situation seems, there is ALWAYS something posistve/good about it. You just have to open yourself and learn to see it!
Make of life the party you like!

I know every person in this wonderful world has problems. Every one has asked themselves the question "Why me?". Most of the people just think about negative things, when you can look around and see all the beautiful things that exist!

Each one of us is here for a reason, and everyone can remember that reason! Just think about this, you are the result of love, you are the most incredible sperm among millions, and the most fantastic ovule! You are a miracle. Each one of us is.

Life is a gift we MUST enjoy! Believe me I know it is not easy to be positive and enthusiatic when life has hit you lots of times, but, EVERY event in your life happend for something and every person in your life is there to teach you something. Reflect...
ONE just ONE different decision (right or wrong) in your life and you wouldn't be where you are now. It always happens, the same with people, some people appear because you need them in that moment, if they dissappear is because they completed their part in your life.
I invite you to see the richness around you and to feed yourself of cool things, and by feed I mean with your five senses! Hear, see, eat, touch, smell life! There's so MUCH to enjoy that a life is not enough.

We need to heal the world, and for that we need to heal people first, to wake them up of the unconsciousness and invite them to live and not to survive!

And remember in every situation, no matter how worst it seems, there is ALWAYS something good about it.

Love, Alejandra.

*Thanks for Francia Anunaya. She is the person why I am able to write this.
