Hi There
This is regarding the Beaten and Stabbed Puppy Petition.   I was concerned that there was not enough information on this petition so I contacted Irish she got back with me about the ASPCA being the target. 
However before I heard back I did some investigation into the story and found both written and video...link below

Very sad.  Actually I meant to send it with this request but got side tracked.  They think it might be gang related.
