Virtual Meditation:
Visualize yourself standing in the center of your town/city/village etc. Pick an area that is familiar to you and one that you can clearly see in your mind's eye. Pick a location where you generally feel positive. As you stand in this spot, a light from above (source energy) comes down and enters your crown chakra and then passes through the 3rd eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras and down through the ground. Feel this light as being very peaceful and loving. Feel the warmth of this light and bask in it. Then, imagine this light expanding beyond your body. See this light continuing to grow until it fills your entire town/city/village, etc. See this light grow even further to include your entire state (province, etc.). See the light expand even more to include your entire country. Hold this image for at least a few minutes (longer if you would like) while continuing to feel the love and peace within this source energy. 
 
Once finished with this meditation, it's a good idea to eat something light (crackers) and drink some water just to ground yourself.
