Is BP's Well STILL Leaking?: New Oil Surfaces on LA Coast

While BP denies health coverage for many impacted, and is 'closing up shop' on clean-up efforts, New oil is still washing up on local beaches, including Elmer's Island, 10 months after BP's Deepwater Horizon explosion, state officials said.
