Human vs. Dog vs. Ferret

I read the local newspaper today and I stumbled upon a sad article about something that had happened recently to someone in my community. Here's the story: Someone was walking his dog in the park, someone else walked his ferret in the park. The dog killed the ferret. The dog owner isn't charged with any crime.

Why? The police said "This isn't a crime as a ferret isn't a person, it's a thing." This really upset me. For one thing, anything you say about others applies to yourself as well, so saying "they aren't people because they're not like me", equals "I'm not a person because I'm not like them". If you say someone isn't a person, don't make excuses when you get the same accusation.

The second thing is that, although you cannot keep animals in the wild from killing each other, animals that live with humans, in a way, are human. They are not wild animals in the forest, they are our beloved, protected family members that we try our best to keep safe.

Also, we have the responsibility that our animals don't hurt anyone. So, if by your negligence, your dog causes harm, you are the one guilty of a crime. In conclusion, if, by your negligence, a dog that you keep as company, kills a ferret that someone keeps as company, you are responsible for a death.

Besides, even if your dog only ruined a "thing", as opposed to killing a person, it would still be a crime. Destruction of property, you know.

Keep the internet free from harassment! Lots of people on internet forums just spend their time throwing random insults at people - This is not helping the freedom of speech, but preventing it! You can disagree about things, but people just randomly attacking people just keep people from being able to talk about what's on their mind. Please sign this petition to urge administrators on various internet forums to be stricter against harassment on forums!

Many internet forums are impossible to post in, because of people randomly saying "troll", "noob", "idiot", "no one cares" and such, to people who were just discussing a topic or asking a question, in a serious and respectful manner.

You have to treat each others with respect in the forums, the administrators have to take harassment and attacks more seriously. I have made a petition to urge forum administrators on various internet forums to make sure the forums are free from people who randomly attack people.

Bobby Äikiä was a Swedish boy with Fragile-X, a condition similar to autism, making him very shy and a bit different from other children. In the fall of 2005, that is when people believe the horrible things began happening, Bobby's mother Niina Äikiä and her boyfriend Eddy Larsson tortured the ten year old boy. When he died from the torture, his mother tried to resuscitate the child and when that did not work, they hid his corpse in a shack. Later, though, they moved the corpse to the trunk of their car and drove around to find a place to dump the body.

They found a lake where they hid his corpse and in the end of January they reported the child missing, after having told the teachers at his school he was sick. So, they said he had suddenly disappeared, after they had left him in the car and so it was on the news that a little boy had run away from his parents' car. Of course, nobody ever found the boy alive, as he was already dead, when he was reported missing, they actually did not find him at all. So, they started suspecting there was wrong-doing involved and arrested his mother and Eddy Larsson and the mother admitted where they hid the corpse.

His mother and stepfather were charged with murder, alternatively aggravated assault and criminally negligent homicide. In court, Niina Äikiä and Eddy Larsson did not tell the same story, they were blaming each other, she said her boyfriend had sexually abused her and he claimed he had never done anything cruel to the child. They were both sentenced to prison for aggravated assault, criminally negligent homicide and violating his corpse, by hiding it. Anyway, this child died for nothing, he was just about to get a little less shy and he was acting braver in his school and then his parents killed him.

Bowdie Glenn "Mance" Lipscomb, 1895-04-09 - 1976-01-30

I thought I could dedicate a little little eency weency part of my blog to one of the greatest blues artists ever. Mance Lipscomb might not be the most famous name, but he was one of the few most talanted, one of the few original blues artists. His music was pure blues to the core. I do not think so many people heard of this man, but he was truly something.

The ninth of April, 1895 Jane and Charles Lipscomb had a little son, Bowdie Glenn Lipscomb. He started calling himself Mance after a friend called Emancipation died. In my personal opinion Emancipation is a very beautiful, though heavy nickname to bear. Mance's own father had been a slave.

Mance was a very talented guitar player and singer. His music was really real blues all the way. Mance worked as a sharecropper, which sadly is something inbetween being a farmer and being a slave, one might say. He was not a slave though, he was a free man and I am sure he understood how completely fucking stupid racism is.

His life was hard and he played his music, but never made much money. He did meet a woman and have children, though. When he died he was still poor and he had had a stroke a few years earlier.

Boycott My.Opera Community and Opera Software!

I was a member of the My.Opera Community and suddenly I got spammed and harassed by an anonymous user. When I checked the IP-address, I saw that the harassment came from inside Opera Software building in Oslo. I confronted the spammer with this information and I was immediately banned from the community after two years of blogging and making friends there - Because I had apparently caught one of the mods spamming!

Lots of my artwork and photographs were lost, but at least I have stayed in touch with some of the people I used to chat with on the community.

Also, my friend caught one of the mods looking for child porn on the internet. He likes to catch pedophiles searching for child porn and log their IP addresses and Opera Software in Oslo was one of the places that had searched for child porn.

Do you want a browser or community that is run by corrupt and perverted people? Didn't think so. Spread this to everybody!

Boycott against My.Opera Community and Opera Software!

I was a member at the My.Opera community and was being spammed and harassed. When I located the IP address of the spammer I saw that the spammer was writing me from Opera Software in Oslo. When I confronted the spammer with this information I was immediately banned after two years of blogging and making friends.

Also, an IP address at Opera Software in Oslo has been caught googling for brutal child pornography. A company that allows it's workers to spend their time at work searching for child porn and harassing the members of their own community? I don't think so. Spread this to everybody!
