I am so beside myself and scared. My puppy Edgar fell off the chair today and I think he may have broken his leg and/or hip. I will probably be able to cover the vet bills but you all know how that can be as they never can give you an estimate until they are done examining him. I know I have helped people out though care2 in the past in the same situation and as much as I hate to have to ask, if anyone would like to help Edgar out please message me for further details. I will be sure and keep everyone posted on the little guy's progress and what not, please send your prayers and positive energy our way, thanks.

Shirsa desperately needs a foster or permanent home by August 10. Her family is moving to Ireland and have recently found out that if they take her with them (as they were planning), she will be euthanized after her quarantine period ... due to her breed being banned in Ireland. They are desperately trying to find her a new home.

Shirsa is 2 and 1/2 years old. She is spayed, heartworm negative and up-to-date on all her shots. She is great with people. There were no small kids in her house (everybody teen and above), but there is a neighbor girl about 7 year old that she adores. Has been to basic obedience as a pup. Seems to be afraid of smaller dogs but likes to play with bigger dogs but has not been around other dogs much in general. Not sure about cats as there are none in the house.

Stray Border Collie Mix at our clinic-
Looks about 95% BC except for his nose/muzzle...
Approx 10-12mo of age. All vaccines, hw negative, dewormed. Neutered if
accepted. The owner of the clinic is going to euthanize him in the next
couple of days since he has been here for a month with no takers. Very, very
sweet. Gets along with everyone/pets at the clinic. Approx 40lbs, male.
He was tied to our back door in early July. Please let me know if you can
help, or if you know of a rescue that could. I just can't stand to see this
sweet boy be put down.

Hi everyone
This precious baby girl has not yet been named.  We rescued her from Animal Control a few days ago after she was brought in as a stray.  She is a 4 month old black and white Pit Bull mix.
Her 2 front elbows are broken and will need extensive reconstructive surgery.  According to AC, she was hit across the chest with an object such as a baseball bat, but no one knows for sure.  She can not walk on her 2 front legs, so she either crawls on one side of her face or she hops like a kangaroo. 
No one has told her she has been through a major trauma because she has no idea.  She is very sweet and loving, gives the best wet kisses and loves to get her belly petted.  It still amazes me that an animal with such extensive injuries can still be so friendly and loving.  If I had just ONE broken leg, I don't think I would be giving anyone kisses  lol
Like most of U, Happy PAWs doesn't have the $3,000.00 necessary for her surgery, but I didn't have any doubt we would come up with it which is why I didn't hesitate taking her after I was told she was going to be put down.  So of course, once again, another fur baby needs Ur help !!!
