URGENT!!! Animal Owners Beware!

Halloween!

If you own cats, rabbits, or any animal that is black, white, or gray you need to keep them inside during this Holiday! Best suggestion though is to keep all your animals in.

Several years ago a very good friend of mine gave me her lop-eared rabbit because she was moving to another State and didn't want her baby to suffer through the move.
I promised to take care of it, and failed through no fault of my own.
I built it a huge pen to run in and myself and the children fed, watered, and played with it. It seemed happy!
Just before Halloween somebody went into my back yard and surgically removed its head.
I went out and found it that way. No blood, and no head.
I do not mean to freak you out, but not all Witches, etc... are here to do good.
The Police did come out to investigate. They told me that it was more common than I would have thought, and that the Humane Society warns people about this every year.
I was devastated, my friend was as well. I was just Happy that it was I that found it, and not the kids!!!
A few years later I was laughed at by the guy I was dating when I repeated my story to him. I mentioned it to him because he was the proud owner of a 3-legged, beautiful black cat, and he thought that it was okay to let it roam. Bad idea either way.
Sure enough the cat disappeared around Halloween.
Please keep all of your Children safe, including the furry ones!

This is a post that I left on an Article dealing with the problems surrounding 'Child Molestation/Abuse. The link to the Article is included at the end!

"To ensure the safety of the Children this Crime must be reported! There is 'Victims Assistance" out there, but the only people that seem to know about it are the Criminals.
There was an Article on this out here, and that's how I heard of it.
I believe that the real "Victims" need to be informed of their options. It was found that the Criminals were filing for the assistance, but very few Victims were, or even had knowledge of it.
The Children should NEVER be allowed to be victimized again! That means in my opinion that No contact between them Can be made!
Victims should be allowed to remain anonymous to the Public! This includes the extended family!
Counselors should know about the assistance, and should be required to pass on this information!
I am surprised that large 'Foundations' do not do more on this subject.
Grants could be given to help the family get on their feet, and away from the offender, this should include other types of abuses!
No man is worth sacrificing your Children.
No offense intended to the decent men, and there are plenty of them!
(Find one!)
I can only hope that this is what the Author of this Article intended, and not the secrecy that was mentioned.
I believe that she was trying to bring this out in the open to help, and to get help for the Victims with proper Legislation. I hope that I am right!
Secrecy does a greater harm and injustice to the Children, and their families. It leaves them vulnerable to re-victimization, and THAT should Never happen!
I wish that I could do more!!!"

San Marcos. Officer Manriquez stopped the two men, who said they saw a person lying in the vacant lot, dead. The two men were questioned and released, and did not appear to have any connection to the case. Officer Manriquez found the complainant, Lisa Lynn Woods, with blood on her head and a cloth tied over her face. Her shoes were placed on her chest and she was wearing only grey sweat pants. It was obvious that the complainant was murdered somewhere else and dumped at this location. The autopsy performed by Dr. Dana revealed the complainant died of a gunshot wound to the head, and the manner was Homicide. I have a Petition to get rid of the 3 year 'Statute of Limitations' on Copyrights. Did you know that your work, writing, photography, etc... can be stolen right from under your nose and that if you cannot afford an Attorney, they can use your work and get away with it? I had one Attorney tell me that they would represent me in my Lawsuit for $200,000. Wow...! How cheap, huh..? Yeah, right... I have 4 Major Corporations that I could've sued if I hadn't been poor!!! Nothing seems to be sacred for the poor, but did you know that Patents supposedly do not have a 'Statute of Limitations?' Most are owned by Corporations. I had a new 'Patentable' project. It would have cost me $10,000 just to file for the Patent. So why didn't I file for it? Yeah, right... $10,000? HUH..? That is why Corporations mainly own them, you need the monetary backing to get one. My book made millions for 4 large Corporations, and I did not even get acknowledged, instead they claimed it as their own. It's protected by the Laws... as theirs... even though I have difinitive proof that they stole it from me. I have letters, mail receipts, and more, proving that I wrote the book that became the Movies! Two of them. It does me no good, and it will not do you any good in the same situation. ALWAYS Register your work. I did, and it did me no good, but a Judge will not even listen to you if you have no documentation, and that's only if you can afford an Attorney to represent you in time. It's been more than ten years since I wrote my book, and almost ten years since I got ripped off. Emotional pain? You bet! I wrote a Petition. All of my other books are left unfinished. How does this help the 'Greater Good' when they have let me afraid to write? Please help me to change the great Injustice of the Copyright Laws. Help me to get rid of the 3 year Statute of limitations as a possible detterrent to them for their thefts. If they know that they can be sued at any time, maybe they will hire the good writers and quit ripping off the poor. This is my hope. This is my dream! "Maples and elderberry are especially helpful at removing the effects of pollution. They are oxygenators. There are more. Water can be cleaned with bullrush, cattails, lotus, and it's either sweetflag or blueflag, one of them is good, the other is poisionous, so do the research first!" Some cherries, elderberries, and Maples can reduce Syanide in the soils. I've heard that a major problem with pollution is the syanide. Maples are excellent when planted close to water, as they will clean it and the soil all at the same time. Sago Palms are also good. It doesn't take long to do a search for plants to combat pollution, and it will help so many people in the long run. Please try it. Research the plants thoroughly so that you know how to handle them, plant them, etc... If they're poisonous to handle, find an alternative. There are plenty of them out there. I still have not found a 'Constitutional Amendment' stating that the 'Owner' ( Not Author) of a Copyrighted work should be protected, but they seem to be the only ones that are.

'Works' made for hire have a longer Protection than the creative works of the Authors and Inventors. Why is this? This promotes 'Big Business', not the Arts and Sciences. Infringement in my opinion, stems from this type of greed.

If a Corporation is Infringing instead of Inventing, how does this 'Promote Progress' when it makes it 'unsafe' for the Talented to use their skills.
