I'm going to update my Petition as follows:

Issue 5. The Care of our Poor and Elderly, and Emergency care Provisions

Social Security and Medicaid/Medicare shall no longer be cut for any reason at all without the Vote of the Citizens of the United States. This fund should be growing, and raises in payments to the Elderly shall be voted on every 4 years. There will be no taxes taken from these Entities for any purpose whatsoever. Cutting funding to Doctors or other Caregivers and/or Healthcare Providers shall be Prohibited as it pertains to these respective groups.

A 'Living Will' is not to be misused so as to harm Patients. A thorough Autopsy shall be done to determine if 'Medication Overdose' contributed to the deaths of any and all Emergency Care, and Hospice Patients, and Criminal charges shall be filed by the Attorney Generals Office of each 'Respective' State if Cause for concern is found to be warranted.
All Medications shall be required to be fully disclosed by the Doctor and/or Nurse with all of the possible side affects made known to the families immediately upon their arrival with reasons given for such medication being made clear to the family.
