Hello Everyone.

I need your help.
My daughter Liz Hague is missing. She is only 16 yrs old
Please help me.
This is what I do know.
Last I heard she had gone to Toronto with a guy nicknamed Styles, (Chris MacCracken is his name as the police informed me today). Or he goes by an alias Chris Cook.
I don't care about him, but I do care about my Daughter. I want her safe, preferably home, but if she won't come home at least maybe I can find out where she is, and that she IS safe.
And if you don't know anything, then all I ask is that you forward this email on to other people so that word gets out.
Please Help me find my daughter?
I have attached some photo's of her. One was taken at Christmas time, one taken in July of this year, and the other two she sent me.
She has blonde hair, which she might have died black as she wanted to before.
She is 5 feet 1 to 2 inches tall.
She is of a very tiny build and probably weighs no more than 110 lbs. But could have lost weight and might only weigh 90 lbs.
She has a Tattoo on her left calf which says DAKOTA.

The first link will take you to the Laws that went into affect in 2003
check out Limitations on Actions # 507
For this link take out your dictionary and look up the words;
Accrued and arose, basically they are the same words.

From the second link you go to Criminal Remedies for Copyright Infringement, scroll down to Section - E. Statute of Limitations and click on the E. You'll see what I'm talking about.

I have spoken to Attorneys in at least 5 different States in the U.S.
Many of them from each State. I've researched the Laws extensively. Now I understand why I was told not to try to change this law.
Instead of reading on the subject enough to come to a logical conclusion some people would rather disregard the actual evidence of the laws. 

Assumptions about downloads are wrong.
There is a big difference between pressing a download button (which prompts you for your credit card information) and THE actual 'Plagiarizing', and theft of someone elses 'Protected' medium.
There are numerous Lawsuits with the RIAA that are putting an end to theft by downloading.
 Attorneys don't like fighting Large Corporations that have proven by their past behavior to drag the case on endlessly. For citizens without the monetary means to defend their rights, their 'Right' to sue is taken away 3 years after the theft accrued. The day it was stolen, part of their wording is that it starts at the time you 'should' have known that it was taken.
The Corporations have the money. Our rights to control our 'Copyrights' need to be reinstated to the full 70 years after death, not 3 years after theft!

The new Legislation on the Copyright Laws state that the Statute of Limitations begins on the day that the Infringement has 'accrued.' You're supposed to automatically know that someone is going to steal it?

I am a writer, not a mind-reader. If they can hide the Infringement long enough then you no longer have the 'Right to Sue'. No claim can be filed! 
You 'should' have known?!

All the Infringer has to prove is that they stole it sooner than you found out about it. With the Internet, this makes the theft of Copyright materials fair game. We need to push for tougher Legislation against the Infringers and retain our Rights to use our creative intelligence as we see fit, and not just hand it over as the new Laws seem to suggest.

Our 'Protected Rights' are supposed to be for 70 years after our death, they have drastically reduced this to a mere 3 years after theft, and that's only if we catch someone stealing our writings, art, etc..., in time to file a Lawsuit.

Attorneys are not as easy to Retain in these matters as most people seem to think. I believe that we need to Unite in this CAUSE and force the Government to allow us our Rights under the 'Constitution of the United States', and the 'BILL of Rights', as well as their very own 'COPYRIGHT' Laws.

The STATUTE of LIMITATIONS has no place in our society as it promotes Infringement, and proves that our Laws don't work for US. This law became out-dated as soon as the invent of the Internet. Our 'Works' are too easy for an Infringer to obtain and keep.

Please help to restore our Copyright Protections.
