Fortress Investment update and Schering Plough email alert

1) Fortress Update

Recently, you were sent an alert about Fortress Investment Group who have lent
HLS $30 million since 2006 to help prop up their animal torture. With the help
of Fortress' loan over the past 3 years HLS have continued to torture and kill
about 540,000 animals.

After demonstrations in London and New York, Fortress made a false statement
saying that they not longer have a loan with HLS. Also, to try and take the
heat off them, they have colluded with HLS/LSR to create yet another front
company - River Partners of which they say have taken over the loan, this
company physically doesn't exist, it is just another shell company that
Fortress have used like in the past with BDO and Sub Anchor.

We call upon everyone near a Fortress office location to put pressure on them
and to ensure them that until they actually de-invest with HLS and actually
proof it. SHAC and the global animal rights movement will continue to target
them for the disgusting liars there are!

2) Schering Plough

Schering Plough are a customer of HLS and have used their 'services' this year.
This disgusting company continue to use HLS even after knowing about all the
exposes of animal cruelty and falsification of test data. Please get in touch
with Schering Plough through the email addresses below and let them know that
dealing with HLS is unacceptable.

Remember, without customers and suppliers HLS cannot operate and will have to
close down.

Another Success as Fortress Drop HLS; Contact New Financial Target - Progress
Funding

Following our last email action alert against the Fortress Investment Group, we
are delighted to announce that they are now de-investing in HLS, and have
cancelled future financial commitments. Whilst the full ramifications of this
have yet to be seen, this is a massive blow for HLS. We are now focusing on the
other branch of their 2006 loan.

This loan was given by two companies - the first loan of $30m was provided
through front companies by Fortress. Of course we tracked them down and they
have now deinvested. The second loan comes from Progress Funding, part of a New
York based realtor company.

We are calling on them to cut all ties with Huntingdon Life Sciences and call
in the loan with immediate effect.

SAMPLE LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you in relation to a $40 million loan that has been made to
Huntingdon Life Sciences=HLS by Progress Funding. Without this loan HLS could
not remain open and therefore progress are in large part responsible for the
cruel and violent actions going on inside HLS.

HLS have a long history of violence; they were most famously exposed in 1997
when channel 4 TV filmed workers punching beagle puppies in the face. In 2005
ex workers spoke out about cruelty they had witnessed and in 2008 Animal
Defenders International went undercover inside HLS exposing cruel primate
experiments and disgusting conditions. HLS also have a track record of law
breaking and manipulation of data. During just one primate study, HLS broke the
law 526 times; and workers have been caught taking drugs and drinking on site.

HLS' financials are in a dire state, and there is a high risk that HLS would
fail to make its loan repayments to you, you may already be aware that they
have failed to meet loan commitments during 2009. This is due to a significant
loss in custom and terrible share price, on top of this many of their
shareholders are filing class action lawsuits against HLS after HLS' board of
directors accepted CEO Andrew Baker's offer to buy out the failing company for
a very low price of $8.50 a share.

Please don't just take my word for it, if you want to see the state HLS are in
please read the Plymouth Report which HLS recently filed with the SEC:

urging you to explore all get out clauses in this loan and reel it in. I also
urge you to raise these issues with everyone you can within the company and do
everything in your power to halt your support of Huntingdon Life Sciences.

know about HLS.
