Tomato & Rosemary Lamb Chops

Items Required:
Baking Dish

Ingredients:
Spray Olive Oil
1pkt Lamb Forequarter Chops
1 x 420g Can of Condensed Tomato Soup
A sprinkle of Rosemary (Dried or fresh)
1/4 Cup of Water

1. Prehead oven to 180 degrees celcius
2. Spray a small amount of Olive Oil on your baking Dish
3. Place your Lamb Forequarter Chops on a single layer
4. Pour your can of condensed Tomato Soup and Water over your Chops
5. Sprinkle Rosemary over the soup and Chops
6. Bake for approx 1 hour or until meat is tender

Serve with Mashed Potato and Steamed Vegetable
