PeTA Animal Abuse Trial To Begin

In seven days jury selection will begin (hopefully) for the PeTA animal abuse case in Ahoskie NC. 

PeTA has hired some very big gun lawyers to defend Hinkle & Cook, they are paying the 4 lawyers with the money you donated to help animals, along with the fact they used $70,000 of your donated money to bail Hinkle & Cook out of jail is seems PeTA uses your money as they choose, not for animals.

To me if I were PeTA and had no knowledge of their employees actions I sure would have never bailed them out of jail much less pay Washington DC lawyers to defend them; apparently PeTA has realized they are in trouble and has called out their version of OJ's dream team.  OJ got off legally but not civilly, reality is his win destroyed his image and PeTA is already suffering from their heinous illegal actions in Ahoskie.

You may agree or disagree with me but there is no disputing the fact PeTA had no license to possess or administer the drugs they used in North Carolina.  There is no dispute PeTA promised the animals homes and no dispute they lied to animal control and told them they were "sedating" the animals for the ride when in fact they were killing them.  There is no dispute they threw 31 dead animals in the garbage on one single day, hundreds of animals lives have ended with the same fate at PeTAs hand.

So I ask you a simple question if someone promised to take pups from a litter your dog had, took them to their van and killed them drove off and threw them in the closest trash bin what would you do?

Please help us show PeTA they have lost what direction they had, to kill indiscriminately is as wrong for animals as it is for humans.  PeTA makes comparisons of no-kill shelters to prison and if I use PeTAs action with the animals in their care to prisons, what would the outrage be if all prisons started killing 90.7% of every prisoner as PeTA killed 90.7% of every animal they took in in 2005.

People make foolish statements like why don't you take all the animals into your home, or dead is better than a temporary shelter placement.  To say dead is better one must be given a choice, PeTa gives no such choice nor do they even attempt to find placements after they promise they will.

If you believe euthanasia is the only way to deal with animal overpopulation I feel sorry for you because it says you have no intellect or desire to face a problem and find a solution, do you feel that negatively about yourself?

PeTA got caught on June 15 2005, killing pups and kittens in the back of a van, killing 31 of them illegally with no dignity or respect of the animals they say are so aware.  You can not kill a mother while her children watch and then kill the children and call it humane, its murder and torture be it by needle or gun.  To then take these animals you say you so dearly love and throw them in the trash with rotting food does not show you respect or love much of anything.
