This Challenge I'm on has revolutionized everything I thought I understood about health. Doing everything you think right can only get you so far when nature has dealt you a bad hand of cards. Time to think outside the box, change the rules, and reshuffle the deck. Every day is a great day to get healthy and happy.

 The mainstream media would have you believe that we are all powerless to do anything to stop the outrages that our corporations and our government commit against us and against our planet yet paradoxically, in our name. This is the BIG LIE. We are not powerless. We can do more to make ourselves heard and to make a real difference in the world. Please read these stories and do what you can to make yourself counted. 

The President and his administration are determined to rush at least part of Keystone XL pipeline. "Activists in the Gulf Coast aren't willing to stand by while a portion of the controversial pipeline gets fast-tracked." This story desperately needs to boosted onto the front page, so that anyone that can help the blockade be encouraged to do.

If we want real change in this world,  then we have to stand with the workers and show them a way out of hardship, while still committed to leading this nation away from fossil fuels. "The miners showed a tremendous anti-capitalist spirit. We should embrace this spirit with enthusiasm, continuing our work to end the use of coal while supporting the lives and well-being of the miners."

"What would happen if Mexican survivors of the "War on Drugs" reached out to work with Americans who have weathered its violence, too? Poet Javier Sicilia and his U.S.-bound Peace Caravan are about to find out." No country has suffered more from the ravages of the American War On Drugs than Mexico, yet perhaps they can show us a way out of the madness.

"If we can find ways to see each other, to honor the existence of every being who co-inhabits this wonderful earth with us, if no young person ever has need to thank a stranger for merely seeing them, then we will have done a fine thing." Code Pink: Women For Peace has started a campaign to tell NBC that it's glorification of war on the silly show, "Stars Earn Stripes," is NOT entertainment. It's just plain offensive. Take action and sign the letter, please.

This week the award for Big A**hole in Government has to go to Mississippi state representative, Andy Gipson (R).  "Gipson doesn't merely think that gays should be denied a right to marriage.
