My employment required that I do everything that I was instructed and that I never reveal

my employers activities to anyone at anytime.

My employer would not allow me to have a conscience as to whether it was morally right to do it or not.

My employer’s reasoning was always concerned about how can they achieve their ends and

never whether it was right to do it or not.

My employer behaved exactly like a crime syndicate whose only interest was for their own profit and not for the good of others.

My employers public appearance of goodness and

righteousness had to be maintained at all costs.

My employers true evil activities were never to be revealed.

I was a receptionist.

I was always the first impression

that the public received of my employer.

I had to maintain the most happy and pleasant face at all times.

The longer I did my job the more

I began to know about my employer.

Day after day I was confronted by people

that were harmed by my employer.

The people would always describe their grievances, therefore I began to really understand the evil of my employer.

But I had to continue being a happy cheerful greeter.

Over time I realized just how evil and

insane my employer really was.

I realized the true harm that my

employer was doing to to humanity.

But the image of my employer that was presented in corporate media was always one of a very honest and moral employer.

All this evil and deception began to make me sick.

I could no longer sleep will, I could no longer eat heartily.

I could no longer relate with my friends, family and people.

But I continued to go to work and smile and be

very pleasant for my employer.

Until one day another persons grievance was just to much for me.

I got so sick and threw up all over

my employers expensive marble floor.

I was so deathly ill from the constant

exposure to the absolute evil of my employer.

My moral conscience was in complete conflict

with my employers lack of moral conscience.

I was further weakened by the idea that I needed my job to pay for my existence of indentured servitude to the bankers.

I knew I could never quit until one day, I called in sick.

I was now on sick leave.

My employer required that I go to a doctor and have the doctor inform my employer as to my prognosis.

But I was to weak to get to my doctors office.

So one day came that my employer called me at home and was concerned that I was costing my employer money while I was off sick.

My employer said that they could not continue giving me

sick pay if I did not have a prognosis.

Will I gave my employer my prognosis.

I told my employer what made me sick.

I described my experiences as a receptionist.

I having a good moral conscience to

always being truthful told my employer that,

YOU MAKE ME SICK!!

My employer immediately fired me.

That was fine with me for while I was off sick and still employed. I went out and found another job.

I realized that that was the only cure to my sickness.

Now I am understanding why our society has become so sick.

In my previous employment I learned never ever again to

trust any corporate media image of anything.

I no longer read or watch anything that corporate media puts out.

I now live a wonderful and simple life.

I have now become psychologically cleansed.

And every day brings new simple pleasures.

I feel healthy now...

Everywhere I go people wonder why I am

always smiling and so extremely happy.

It’s because I no longer do the evil deeds of my employer.

I wish everyone else in our society could be happy too.

My smiles will never

END.

The Butterfly

 A beautiful woman is a delicate butterfly.

 You can spend your whole life traveling through your existence and never let your eyes recognize one of creations most precious beauties.

 You may see one flutter by and never realize the beauty that your eyes are beholding.

 If you take a moment to appreciate and take in the beauty, you’ll notice that this is very hard to do.

 As the butterfly’s fluttering free spirit

is never predictable.

 A butterfly is not meant to be captured.

  It is to be loved for its delicate beauty.

 A beautiful butterfly’s wings can never be touched as this will remove it delicate powder and will surely guarantee it’s eventual slow death.

 Butterfly’s wings are coated

with a most delicate fine powder.

 As a child I looked in awe as my mother

 put on her delicate scented powder

 If you damage this powder the butterfly will not be able to continue on it’s natural flight of life.

 If you are fortunate enough to ever have a butterfly

Delicately land in the palm of your blossomed hand.

 Give it gentle support and bless god

for having given you some beauty to behold

 This world has many different butterfly’s

for your eyes to behold.

 For there are limitless unique different butterflies

 If you look, you’ll see that every woman is

a delicate butterfly

 Then after for the rest of your life

 you will be on the look out for a butterfly and will always appreciate the beauty passing by you.

 And when you do.

  You will find the most delicate smile of appreciation beaming back at you from that most delicate beautiful woman

 That smile will enrich you and you will one day be

the flower that a butterfly will land on

 to spread your pollen of life.

Okay. Think what you want. Most of you will think that I am nuts and my title has maybe peaked your interest.

Will for the few of you who still have a healthy mind and body and are capable of free thought, (For there is no freedom without truth).

I will attempt to bring your attention to the United Nations on going CODEX Alimentarious eugenics world depopulation agenda that was started in the 50’s by ex Nazi’s that were appointed by the USA government.

I will provide you with links to videos and articles that will inform you.

I have been thinking about writing this article for some time. I feel that the time is now very pressing, since there is this huge media propaganda project underway to motivate people to stop drinking bottled natural spring water that does not contain the poison FLUORIDE.

Here’s the short of it.

FLUORIDE is not a pharmaceutical product. It is a hazardous waste by-product from the phosphate (Cleaner), Aluminum and nuclear industries.

FLUORIDE is at the top of the periodic table of elements. It is listed as the most toxic element on earth.

FLUORIDE is essentially an acid. Ever noticed that acid re-flux started after they put FLUORIDE in the public drinking water?

FLUORIDE becomes an acid after it is combined with hydrogen...What do you think water is made of?

There was never and has never ever been any (proper) scientific studies done that FLUORIDE is safe or that it actually saves teeth.

People are losing all their teeth in fluoridated cities..anyway I could write for ever on all the proof that is available, to the fact that FLUORIDE is going to kill you.

FLUORIDE is the cause of cancer, osteoporosis, mind deteriorating illnesses, etc etc.

FLUORIDE acid molecules are much smaller than water molecules.

Over time of continuous consumption of this acid. The acid will affect each individual differently and at different rates. Depending on where it concentrates itself in your body.

The only remedy that I can think of is the consumption of healthy fat. For fat will absorb the acid and then it will slowly dispel it from your body. Fat is where toxins safely collect in your body. A moderate amount of fat is very healthy for you.

Maybe now you’ll understand why the media is drilling society to think that fat is bad. Why do you think they are making the public think there are to many fat people?

It’s not true..or I should say that I no longer have any faith in that our government or media tells us the truth about anything.

I suspect that some peoples natural defenses are working over time in the production of fat in an attempt to contain this FLIORIDE acid that is in their bodies.

(Plus this, lets not forget all the pregnant female hormones that are injected into all live stock, to make them heavier for maximum profits, also have you noticed how girls are sexually maturing as early as 8 years old? and that many men are having sexual identity problems?)

Now back to the FLUORIDE issue.

More and more towns and cities are now eliminating FLUORIDE from their public drinking water supplies.

Now think on this. How can they control the supposed proper dose of FLUORIDE that a child is to receive. No two children will drink the same amount of water.

Would a medical doctor give a prescription and let you self medicate anytime and in any amount you want? Would the doctor also not provide you with guidelines as how this should be done? etc etc are you getting the point?

Here’s another thought. Would your doctor medicate all your friends, neighbors and strangers too, because he felt that you needed this medication? Are you understanding the insanity of what I am describing?

Are you capable of researching and thinking for yourself? I hope so. Please check out all the links I will provide below. Think for yourself... I would think you very foolish to only take my word for it.

Don’t trust the government or corporate media. Do your self a big favor. Avoid television and all corporate media. Tune into the internet’s alternative independent truth medias. While you still can.

And then become A TRUTH SOLDIER in the war against your life and liberties.

I hope one day you will discover that there really is secret agendas by the NWO crowd.

Then be careful not to fall into another of their traps. The labeling trap.

Once you realize and understand that conspiracies do exist. You will have a better chance at a healthy life.

For mental health only comes from truth. Its those that believe the lies and deceptions that are mentally ill.

Harry Hoxsey

Harry Hoxsey never studied medicine, but inherited a herbal formula that his great grandfather had developed in about 1840 after watching his prize stallion cure itself of cancer by eating a variety of plants that the horse did not normally graze on while in pasture. He watched and gathered these herbs and used them to successfully treat cancer and tumors in other animals. His grandson, John C. Hoxsey, a veterinarian in southern Illinois, was the first to use the formula to treat people with cancer, and claimed to have positive results. When he died, he passed the formulas on to his son, Harry Hoxsey, who opened his first cancer clinic in 1924 in a small town in southern Illinois. Thousands of patients swore the treatment cured them; but medical authorities branded Hoxsey the worst quack of the century. So began a medical war continuing to this day.

Hoxsey went on to open a large clinic in Dallas, Texas, which he expanded to seventeen clinics across the United States. He was in a continious battle with the AMA, headed by Morris Fishbein, and the local authorities; Fishbein tried to buy the formula but when he failed, he set out to destroy Hoxsey and his clinics. Hoxsey sued Fishbein and won, causing Fishbein to have to resign his position with the AMA. But the AMA was able to get the FDA to close Hoxsey’s clinics in 1960. Hoxsey turned the formula over to his nurse, who went to Tijuana, Mexico and established a clinic to treat cancer patients.

By the 1950s, Hoxsey's Texas clinic was the world's largest, with branches in 17 states. Two Federal courts upheld his treatment's "therapeutic value." Even his arch-enemy, the American Medical Association, admited Hoxsey's treatment did cure some cases.

Hoxsey maintained that cancer is not only a disease, it’s a kind of psychosis. Therefore he treated the whole person: the mind, the spirit and the emotions. In the 1920s, 30s, 40s, and 50s this was very radical. At that same time, he recommended a diet, which in that era was also very radical because organized medicine insisted there is no connection between diet and health, or diet and disease. Hoxsey was many decades ahead of his time.

Despite his successes, there was a prosecutorial assault throughout the 1950s, but Hoxsey won almost every single trial. However, in 1967, he received surgery during which "something went wrong". For the last seven years of his life he was an invalid. Isolated and almost alone, people had forgotten about him; he died in 1974 without even an obituary in the Dallas newspapers.

Why won't medical authorities investigate the treatment? Hoxsey charged a conspiracy to suppress alternative therapies. He survived decades of being "hunted like a wild beast", only to see his clinics padlocked without the scientific test he relentlessly sought. He died a broken man, anguished over the future he felt was robbed from humanity.

Some thirty five years ago when I attended Seneca College in Toronto. The teacher assigned me to do a presentation in front of the class. She left it up to me to pick a topic.

So I decide to do some research on an idea I got when I read an old article about the fact that there was no income tax before the second world war.

The people were told that the Federal Government needed a temporary income tax to pay for the cost of the second world war. (Which was a huge lie)

So I wondered why we still had this tax and how was it possible for our government to function just fine before this new temporary federal income tax existed?

So I stood in front of the class and I asked the class the question “How can we be taxed when there is no tax?”

All the students in the class got the dumbest looks on their faces.

But a few braves ones spoke up and tried to answer this question. But none could, for every answer ended up being a tax.

So I let them off the hook and answered it for them.

I explained that in a real democracy the people own and control their government. In a real democracy the government has its own central bank (The Bank of Canada) and the government controls the distribution and manufacture of currency (Money, Dollars).

So this hidden tax is simple. Every-time the government produces currency and spends it.

It becomes a tax on the people. For money has no value until someone agrees to do work for this paper or electronic money.

Every-time the government spends money. It dilutes the value of the money you already possess. Which is known as inflation.

So in reality a government never needs to have a direct income tax on its people. For in a properly working democracy. The people supervise its governments actions to make sure they stay honest.

A responsible government knows that a balanced amount of new currency is always necessary to be injected into the economy.

But this has to be done at a level that does not cause inflation or devalue the money already in circulation.

But, you also need to know and understand that in a real democracy the government (people) own their country and all its natural resources. Also in a real democracy, which is also known as a commonwealth, The peoples governments. Be they local, provincial or Federal, own and control all essential public utilities, such as power, communications, trains, hospitals, airline, etc.

All these public utilities create income for the peoples governments. So that the governments do not ever need to tax the people to keep these essential services operating.

But unfortunately their is a really serious problem that we are now just beginning to believe and understand. (Thanks to the Internet). It’s called the New World Order.

This NWO has been created by a fraudulent banking system in the USA. This privately and secretly controlled banking system is called the Federal Reserve Corporation system.

When this privately owned system was created and took over the money system of the USA. Democracy ended.

The NWO had a hundred year plan to take over the world. They knew that if they could take over the financial systems of all countries of the world. They would end up owning and controlling everything.

The Starving in Canada, the invisible poor, and the slave wage working poor.

Yes Canadians are starving. Thanks to The New World Order’s NAFTA agreement (conspiracy) in preparation for the secret north American union. That is covertly being phased in piece by piece.

But like usual, the haves. Do not want to know about or talk about the have nots.

The haves like to believe that its the fault of the poor and the unemployed for their have not problems.

It’s shocking that Canada being such a huge country with every imaginable valuable resource could have people starving.

The wealth is no longer being shared equally with all common peoples.

Greed and secret corporate corruption now run our society..

We now have a food bank in every neighborhood. Most towns, and all cities also have soup kitchens.(which serve meager meals)

Canada has a very small population of 30 million compared to our huge country that spans over 7000 miles from the Pacific ocean to the Atlantic ocean..

The haves like to comfort themselves with the idea that we have soup kitchens and food banks that take care of the starving poor..

This way the haves can ignore the thought and ease their consciences.

Will, here’s the real story of the situation. Food Banks do not meet the needs of the starving, not even close.

First governments have passed laws that permit food bank operators to give out foods that are unfit or unsafe to eat.

Corporations get tax credits for donations to food banks.

Packaged foods are given away that are long past their expiry dates (sometimes by years, no one ever even looks at the dates), Breads that are moldy,Fresh vegetables that go bad as soon as you put them in your fridge, so that if you don’t eat them as soon as you get them, they are useless to you.

Or the starving get grocery items that are completely useless to them.

usually, food recipients do not get to choose what they receive.

The food that one gets from a food bank for an individual equals about five meals. Yes that’s it.

Recipients are only allowed to receive food once a month. As the distribution is monitored by computer data banks.

Single men are at a further disadvantage. For most food banks are operated by women.

The NWO has had a covert agenda of attacking men for a very long time.

This has been to destabilize society and the family unit. Its the old game of divide and conquer.

We have been led to believe the concept that men are evil.

this has been drilled into society by corporate media that men are more evil or violent than women. Again that is not true.

There are just as many cruel women, if not more than there are men.,

I find that women use their emotional manipulations to the point of cruelty. Bringing men to their breaking points.

Men have physical strength over women, but women have psychological emotional strength over men.

Now back to the issue of the poor.

Presently there is a minimum of two million people starving in Canada out of a population of 30 million.. But the number is much higher..

all minimum wage workers are not able to afford to buy enough food or good nutritious foods as they cost too much. Nor can they get to a food bank. As they have to go to work.

The haves are fortunate for they don’t have to worry about the added high costs of taking taxis home with their groceries.

The haves can drive around and get all the specials, giving them a further advantage over the have nots.

The haves can buy larger more expensive but more economical (Family sized) packages. further giving them an advantage over the have nots.

The have nots are also severely affected by this new corporate mega store trend.

Mega stores are now being built to the disadvantage of the have nots. For all these mega store are being built far from where the majority (of the have nots) live.

As a result, smaller community stores are all shutting down.

The have nots can not afford the taxi fares to get their groceries home from these far away mega stores that are built on the outskirts of towns. Which are much more convenient to the middle class suburbanites haves..

Governments are now catering exclusively to the haves needs and attacking the poor. Benefiting the corporations.

The province of Nova scotia, where i live, now has laws that make it a crime to be poor and on the street.

If you are seen sitting on a sidewalk with an empty container that can hold coins. You will be jailed and charged with a criminal offense.

Nova scotia further attacked the poor by removing rent controls.

Landlords advertise cheap rents. Then Landlords will find out your income when you apply.

Then a year later after your settled in and your lease renews. The landlord can and will raise your rent to what ever they think you can afford.

They can double it if they want. They can do what ever they want. No wonder people can not afford to buy food.

The have nots are further trapped as they usually do not have a vehicle to be able to afford to look for or move to a cheaper place.

Also, there is no longer any cheap and economic moving companies available. I used to have a moving company called “Cheap but good movers”

I was shocked to discover how poor, poor people really are. The majority of the people i moved where very poor.

I always found it amazing that our communities (Which the corporate bankers financed) look so good. Good roads, nice properties etc... but the tenants were very poor.

Please realize that the haves, have another big advantage over the have nots.

Have nots pay a much higher cost for housing then the haves pay...(It is rigged this way to keep the corporate bankers rich)

The haves can and always get their money back when they sell and move, and as usual. The have nots get nothing.

Our governments claims to care about the health of Canadians.

What a joke....the government is only concerned about corporate health.

On April 8th 2008 The Health Minister of Canada introduced a totally unnecessary bill, that is quickly being forced through Parliament to attack the Natural health products and services industry on behalf of big Pharma. The public is being deceived and not informed of the police state provisions written into this bill.

The government is using the slogan that we need this new bill to protect our health. That’s a complete fraud and deception.

We already have all the necessary laws in place to protect us. Unlike the regulated prescription drugs, no one has ever died from consuming or using any alternative natural health therapies, products or services. And believe me, if anyone had. The law would have quickly stepped in with our previously existing and very effective laws .

Under Bill C-51 the State could:

· Enter private property without a warrant

· Take your property at their discretion

· Dispose of your property at will

· Not reimburse you for your losses

· Seize your bank accounts without a warrant

· Charge owners shipping and storage charges for seized property

· Store your property indefinitely

· Levy fines of up to $5,000,000.00 and/or seek 2 years in jail per charge

· Will not have to report seizures to a court.

· They can charge you just for talking about or promoting natural alternatives

With your assets and money under their control will you be able to defend yourself in Court? And even if you miraculously win. They would of already destroyed your life, reputation and business. So no matter what you are a victim of despotism.

This bill would allow the government agents to adopt laws from other countries: without the approval of elected officials, without debate in the House of Commons, without the consent of the Canadian people.

Remove more than 70% of Natural Health Products from Canadians and some will be available by expensive prescription only. Restrict and completely stop research and development of safe natural alternatives in favor of high risk drugs. Punish Canadians with little or no opportunity for protection or recourse for simply speaking about or giving a natural product without the approval of government.

This bill is even more serious than this. These government agents can arbitrarily enter any business, even ones that have nothing to do with natural health products. After-all, who would know that this police state legislation would not be abused? And who could stop them when there is no court supervised search and enter warrants?

This bill is a crime against our democracy and those involved in introducing it and passing it should be charged with treason against the kind and totally naive trusting Canadian people.

This bill is part of a much bigger New World Order depopulation, and longevity reducing UN agenda. Conducted under the Codex Alimentarium agenda that was started in 1962.

The communist European Union Government has already implemented the almost identical laws. EU civilians are now, unable to get natural health products that have been around for thousands of years.

Canada, The USA and Mexico have signed many secret agreements that are piece by piece, producing the North American Union.

This legislation was introduced in Canada because it is a place of least resistance. Because under one of the Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreements. It will automatically become law in the USA and Mexico. Since Canada has a very small and spread out population which pays little if no attention at all to what our elected officials do or say, and is being rushed through Parliament. I am sorry to say that soon Canada will no longer be a democracy. It will be a DESPOTIC DICTATORSHIP.

The Canadian media propaganda conditioned population trusts everything that our treasonous medias says as gospel.

If more Canadians went to independent online medias for their information. We might of had a chance to save our country.

Before NAFTA, I could go to any retailer and I would have a really hard time to find anything that did not have a “Made in Canada” label.

The only items that had a different label were beautiful artistic items and great Japanese Electronics.

Once upon a time there was a lot of Canadian pride in our Canadian products. There was signs everywhere promoting “Buy Made in Canada” and little Canadian flags on Canadian products.

Now when I go shopping I can’t find anything “Made in Canada”

As a result of all the cheap Chinese products flooding all the new huge foreign retail store chains.

Before NAFTA we had lots of Canadian owned national retail chains. Like Woolco, Woolworths, Towers, By-way, K-Mart, Steinbergs, just to name few. All these are now gone. We only have a couple of surviving chains. Like Zellers and Canadian Tire. They only survived because they now sell Chinese goods.

I went to my local Wal-Mart recently and saw a sign that said that Wal-Mart is concerned about selling goods manufactured in Canada, to help local employment and does so when it can.

So I spoke with the store manager and asked her. What percentage of goods that were sold in the store were manufactured by Canadians. She had absolutely no idea and it had never been anything she ever concerned herself with. And she absolutely did not care.

I told her that I walked all through the store and could not find any products with made in Canada labels. I asked her if she could show me any. She could not because she had no idea what, if any products were actually made in Canada.

I then said to her that the sign on the wall was absolutely deceptive.

China is a country that has no human rights and people work for slaves wages to produce those cheap goods we now buy.

 As a result our own manufacturing facilities have ceased and all the factories and equipment have been bought for nothing and shipped out to China.

I heard somewhere that the poor peasants in China have to work seven days a week everyday of the year. With no holidays or days off. If a worker gets sick, they loose their job and may loose their life.

As China has no public health care. China is a country with a huge population. Where life is very cheap and people are very disposable.

Anyone in China that dares to speak up, soon discovers that reality.

The same will soon be the case for all of us, as the NWO masters will have it all.

NAFTA is destroying our Canadian identity. The signs are everywhere.

We will pay dearly for the loss of our manufacturing. Like all corporate take overs. Where they flood the market with cheap goods and destroy our self sufficiency. The cheap goods will soon not be cheap. After we are completely dependent on cheap imported goods and can no longer make own. They will raise the prices.

Canada is a huge country with every conceivable natural resource.

So can anyone tell me why there is a food bank [where they give out free food to the starving] in every neighborhood? Even the middle class neighborhoods have food banks. Every city also now has soup kitchens, where you can get a free meal once a day.

It’s because our wealth is being stolen and given to the executives in government and corporations. As long as the government workers are taken care of, they are very willing to ignore the situation.

That is why government workers no longer respond to, or care about the publics complaints or needs.

Since NAFTA my country’s natural resources are being stolen by foreign corporate vultures. No longer is the value of our natural resources being shared with all Canadians.

It is estimated that over 60% of Canada’s employment is as a result of government spending. So we have 60% of the employed that are tax receivers and there is only about 20% that are actually true tax payers. The remaining are the many homeless, poor, sick, elderly, children, and the forgotten unemployed.

The bankers are responsible for the destruction of our country. Canada’s wealth has been diverted from the peoples government to the bankers. Please read my “Once upon a time there was a Canada” to get the whole story.

The out of control corporate criminals are proving that my Grand Mother was right when she told me some 45 years ago that, “Too much of a good thing, is never good”. Will the bankers have it too good.

The huge corporations have been created as a result of the bankers being able to provide the funds because they produce money out of thin air.

It’s amazing how free money can corrupt everything. It’s a pyramid scheme. And the corruption has tricked down from the top and is now corrupting the very foundations of civilization. We have entered a new dark ages where the light of truth is extinguished.

I am afraid that without TRUTH we only get insanity, from the insanity of Monsantos tampering with genetics, to unrestrained molecular tampering. That the unrestrained out of control insane are dooming this planet.

And please do not take the easy way out and think of attacking the messenger. Do your own research and you will eventually find out that everything I have written is backed up with the scary proof.

  I once visited a nice lonely old lady in her ancient Victorian three story twelve bedroom mansion tri-plex. This home was an inheritance from her rich parents. It was huge with high ceilings. It was filled with very expensive antiques. All the antiques were covered with many layers of cloths and blankets. Everything in this home was the same as it was a hundred years ago. I was young, so this had quite an impression on me. The whole place was dark spooky and eerie to me. I had never seen such a place before in my life. Everywhere I walked I was in awe. The only thing that had any familiarity to me was the kind old ladies voice. She took me for a tour of the house and informed me that she rented rooms for the night to drifters, winos, and the homeless. These were her only visitors.

  She kindly invited me to the kitchen for a sandwich. So I walked slowly behind her to the kitchen. The kitchen was like the rest of the house with dark discolored walls. The floor, the counters were dark with dirt from many years. I watched her as she familiarly went about in the kitchen. Then I noticed a bug then I saw another, and another. I then realized that there were bugs everywhere I looked. I don’t like bugs in a house. Then I looked at her at the counter with the bread. All of a sudden a bug ran across the two slices of bread she had laid out on the counter. That disgusted me. I watched as she opened the fridge to get some sliced meat. I noticed that nothing in the fridge was covered or wrapped. Then to my horror I see more bugs scattering everywhere in the fridge as the fridge light came on. The inside of the fridge was full of ugly bugs. I wondered how this kitchen could have so many bugs. I realized it was because the house was not kept clean and she left open food and dirty dishes everywhere. In effect she was feeding the bugs.

  The kind old lady, with a smile handed me the sandwich. Oh by then I was completely grossed out. With a reluctant smile I accepted the sandwich. She eagerly waited for me to take a bite. It was the hardest thing I had ever done in my life. I took a bite; oh I carefully looked at it first to see if there were any bugs on it. She had a puzzled look on her face, due to my reaction of fear when she handed the sandwich to me. Will after bravely taking a small bite off the corner of the sandwich I immediately changed the topic. Hurriedly went down the long dark hallway into the living room and hid the sandwich on my way.

  As we sat on the comfortable oversized antique couches. I had a thought. I decided that I would help this old lady get rid of the bugs. So I very carefully brought up the topic that I thought she had a problem with bugs and that I could help her get rid of them. I asked her if she could give me some money so I could go to the local hardware store and get some bug spray. This is when I found out what kind of bugs they were. I had never seen a cockroach before. The insecticide spray can had a picture of a cockroach on it.

  So I bought two of the largest cans they had. I was now armed with two huge cans of spray and eagerly confident that I would defeat those ugly bugs and kill them.

  I knocked on the door and the kind old lady was very happy that I was back and let me in with a smile. I proudly and quickly walked down the long dark hallway to the big old kitchen. I told the lady that I needed to close the kitchen door and that she should wait in the living room. I felt like the grime reaper coming to take care of the dead to be cockroaches. So I carefully walked to the middle of the kitchen making sure not to touch anything so no bugs would crawl on me. I opened the first can of spray and started aiming it at any bugs I saw. The bugs reacted to the spray by running faster. So I went closer. The spray did not seem to affect them. But it did do one thing. It caused many more bugs to come out everywhere. I got scared of so many bugs, so I backed up and just continued to spray everywhere. I did not like the smell or taste of the spray. I then opened the second can and started spraying over my head. Oh what a mistake that was. The bugs started falling off the ceiling onto my head and shoulders. By now I was getting really grossed out. There were thousands of bugs everywhere. It was literally raining cockroaches. I immediately ran to the hall kitchen door and continued spraying through the cracked open door. I was now only peeking and spraying through the cracked open door. There now began to be so many bugs falling down that it sounded like loud rain. When I peeked again. I noticed that the whole kitchen had become very dark. Frightened I closed the door. I went to the living room in a frightened state. I asked the lady for more money to get some more spray. I got and sprayed three more cans. I filled up the kitchen with a thick fog of insect spray. I was sure that that would kill those ugly nasty bugs.

  I waited with the old lady in the living room. I was so concerned about the situation, that I could not talk to the lady about anything. I just sat there and listened to the noise of falling bugs coming from the kitchen. So two hours later, as the noise subsided I decided to go to the kitchen and look in. What a gross and scary sight awaited me. Everywhere and I mean everywhere was dark and covered with at least three inches thick of dead bugs. And there was still more bugs crawling everywhere.

  So I decided to start cleaning up the mess. I took a snow shovel and broom and filled a large outdoor garbage can with bugs. I went out the back door to the Doctors General Hospital parking lot and dumped the bugs. I went back in many times and filled the bucket. By now there was a huge pile four feet high of bugs on the ground. I was not even making a dent in the clean up. There had to be millions of bugs. Many people were walking by in the dark poorly lit parking lot. Until a young woman and man walked by pretty close. The woman all of a sudden looked at the pile of bugs and when she recognized what she was looking at, got a most frightful disgusted look on her face. I then took a closer look at the pile and realized that the bugs were not dead. The fresh air was reviving them. They were crawling in every direction. I then got completely disgusted and scared of these tough bugs. I dropped my bucket and shovel walked back through the kitchen. Did not say a word to the old woman. Walked out the front door and never went back.

  Many years later I discovered that all the homes on that side of the street had been leveled. Except for the old ladies tri-plex group. So there was the three attached homes still standing. Boarded up and abandoned. I then realized that the bugs must of taken over the street. The tri-plexs could not be touched or demolished for fear of releasing the bugs to the rest of the neighborhood. They were considered hazardous. I know that they stayed boarded up for more than twenty years.

By the way this is a hundred percent true story. So the lesson to be learned is… “ Don’t feed the cockroaches”

Consider this article as a self help guide. I will now attempt to provide you with a guide as to what it takes to be a good enlightened and mentally healthy human being and how to avoid being a mentally ill person.

You may think that you know these things. But you maybe surprised to find out things about yourself as you read this article. For some it may just be a refresher course. And for others it may just be an exploration of self denial.

  “One must understand that the first and most important rule in life is truth. Truth always equals mental health, and deceptions always equal mental illness.”

Life is very much like a mirror. One needs to always look at life as a mirror. What you believe you see in others from day to day experiences are usually a true reflection of yourself. When accusing someone else of something. Always pause and look into that mirror of life. The reflections you truly see well always lead you to enlightenment or denial and self deception. But you can only improve yourself if you actively work at it and have an open mind.

If we all concerned ourselves about the image others see of our selves. We would be taking the first step to making this a better world.

Life is a very simple math equation. You are either always positively doing good, or you are a negative person by doing nothing. Or being good part time for selfish gain. There is no middle ground.

If you are not actively being positive, than you are on a negative path. Being positive is an active constant. The minute you stop it then you become negative.

It is much easier to be negative for it takes no effort. But being good takes a lot of effort. One thing to remember is that positive is rewarding.

 Now if you choose to be a positive person than you have to share that with others and give of yourself. This in turn is the only formula for mankind.

If you understand that, when you better yourself than you have something to give. But if you are not bettering yourself than you are a taker and user of others.

Life has many natural rules. One is that “Too much of a good thing is never good” That is why life is full of ups and downs. That’s what puts meaning and quality into our lives. Without suffering on can not possess compassion.

We have the ability to reason. Reason tells us that we can control the outcome of most of our needs but by imposing limits to our needs before the laws of nature do it for us. We will avoid negatives.

Humans are now dangerously tampering with the laws of nature , with the very core of existence. We are now uncontrollably playing with biological creation, Molecular structures, and many other fields. These people who are highly educated in human knowledge have foolishly chosen to ignore all natural laws. They have imposed no self limits on their sciences. Without natural limits to our activities we are showing the signs of complete insanity. Which is the result of mental illness caused by avoiding truth.

 A person that uses the rule of constantly being positive in face of negatives will be a survivor. Life always has negatives in it. We have the option to choose our negatives and if we don’t than the laws creation will take over.

Due to self deceptions we are on a sure path to destruction. People educated in mans knowledge are just deceiving yourselves. The knowledge of nature is the absolute.

The worse cause of mental illness is self deception. Self deception is a negative. As I said life always has negatives in it. So if you are a negative person you well suffer the rules on natural math. For in natural math two negatives always equals a negative. Even a positive and a negative equals a negative. Meaning that you can not be good just some of the time. Only you can change your equation.

So remember if you are not always and actively replacing your negative qualities with positive ones you well always be a loser.

So here’s a list of good qualities to learn and develop into your make up.

With Truth comes;

Love, Compassion, Honesty, Integrity, Sincerity, Generosity, Kindness, An open mind, Understanding, Forgiveness, Hope

But with Deceptions comes;

Lies, Cruelty, Evil, Hate, Selfishness, Egoistic Greed, Hate, A closed mind, Killing

As they say there is an exception to every rule. Unfortunately there is one exception to all of the above. And that is DRUGS. If you use drugs than you are in an illusionary world that few can return from. Drugs poison your mind. So use them at your own risk. But anyone that needs to do drugs to be happy is missing out on the positive values that I have mentioned earlier.

We are all living together on this small delicate planet. We only have this planet. The evil forces are destroying this world because there are now more negative people than positive ones.

This modern age and the destruction of our planet has been brought on by an artificial and unjust monetary system known as the ‘Federal Reserve System’

This system of money is being run by evil. That does not care about any natural laws.

This system has the ability to produce unlimited money out of thin air. Its just a number in a computer. The Federal Reserve has never been audited. It does not respond to reality or the needs of the people.

Remember how I said that if we want to continue taking care of this planet that we can control our negatives. Well its time to bring this huge world wide negative know as the ‘Federal Reserve System’ under control.

We need to bring the control and issuance of money back in the control of mankind.

One note. Canada maybe the last democratic country in the world that still has a publicly controlled money system. But now the leaders of North America working with the NOW secret societies are about to take over Canada’s currency.

They have already secretly agreed to bring in the ‘Amero’ which is a Canada, Mexico and USA currency. This is part of the North American Union Plans.

I am afraid that the signs indicate that this transition is going to be brought in by Collapsing the artificial ‘Federal Reserve Notes’

I believe they are going to collapse the American currency and create another Great Depression worse than anything the world has ever seen.

This is why George Bush has centralized all authority over the Police and Military and has passed all those martial law provisions.

They have also passed laws in the UN and Congress to reduce the world’s population by two thirds.
