The US Navy can kill, maim, and harass 7,956 whales and 100K dolphins per year. Tell the Dept. of Fisheries/NOAA to stop issuing permits for this slaughter!

I signed a petition to NOAA / National Department of Fisheries which says:
"Cease issuing permits to the Navy to emit sonar sounds into the oceans that harass, maim, and kill the sea life including whales, dolphins, and other cetaceans."
