Listen everyone, this is pretty important. You all know me and you know what I stand for. Just in case not, this is what I believe: 1.) There should be no drug war. (Leary, Dass, Marley) 2.) There should be no war. (J. Lennon, Hendrix, Kennedy) 3.) If there is war Congress should declare it, i.e. not the President. (Art 1. Sect 8) 4.) Government should be as small as possible. (Jefferson, P. Henry, Madison, Paine, etc.) 5.) People should not have to pay federal income taxes, i.e. should not have to pay taxes that are unassociated with foreign or interstate commerce. (Art 1. Sect 8) 6.) People should have the right to bear arms, i.e. people should not have their guns taken away from them for any reason like in Katrina, when federal marshals ordered people to leave their homes, and turn over all of their guns to the government, not cool. (2nd a) 7.) Government should not infringe upon freedom of speech/assembly, i.e. not attempt to control the fourth estate (the media), not conduct mass arrests, not counter free expression through the use of electronic voting devices, not suppress peaceful protest, or arrest people for wearing a T-shirt GW doesn’t like. (1st a) 8.) Government should not interfere with right to privacy i.e. not invade our homes without a warrant, not illegally wiretap us, not track us with homing devices ala national ID card. (4th a) 9.) Government should not be socialist, i.e. tax us all enormously to set up a large ineffective health care system like that in Europe or Canada. (Me) 10.) There should be no national bank or federal reserve system. (Jefferson) 11.) There should not be cruel and unusual punishment especially without due process, i.e. fires in Waco, torture in Guantanamo, tasering college students for asking questions. (8th a, 5th a) 12.) The government should not kidnap people and hold people them in prison without the right be to due process, the right to see their lawyers, the right to trial, i.e. Guantanamo, and FEMA should not setup up concentration camps all over the country as a measure of "emergency preparedness" or to house protesters in the event of a "public uprising." Government should not arbitrarily seize people's property, i.e. recent executive order gives U.S. President the right to seize your funds and assets if you are against the war in Iraq, not kidding look it up. (5th a) 14.) People should not have to go to public school. (Me) 15.) The U.S. military should not be used on American soil, to police U.S. citizens, like in Katrina, when there was marshal law in the south, and the Marines and Blackwater troops were riding around in humvees telling people what they can and can't do. (Posse Comitatus Act of 1878) 16.) The government should not hire a private military army, i.e. Blackwater. (Roosevelt) Anyway, if you believe these same things that I believe, then you may want to look into a particular Presidential candidate by the name of Ron Paul. If Ron Paul is not elected, I guarantee you that we will be living in a fascist or socialist police state within the next 4 years. That is, in case you don't understand that we are living under a fascist police state right now that has complete control of the press, and that is analogous to that of Hitler's World War 2 Germany. By way of example, we just killed an estimated 665,000 people in Iraq, in an unlawful unjustified Roman-style invasion, without a declaration of war, and under false pretenses. Hello, that is a holocaust committed by our country, the United States, and our President is a war criminal. Iran is next, wake up! I can’t pretend to know very much, yet I have studied a little bit of law now, and I do have some clue as to what the heck I am talking about, and I hope you will check out Ron Paul and support Ron Paul for President. Also, just trust me that neither Giuliani or Hillary are going to end these foreign wars, and neither of them are going to go on an enormous campaign to restore any of the civil liberties I mentioned above.
