It appears that while Americans are subjected to gun control, the Department of Homeland Security is training shooters to kill non-traditional targets - pregnant women, old people, and little children. It probably requires practice to acclimate security forces to shooting such Americans. AVG's Exploit Prevention Labs has maliciously listed my blog as a dangerous website. Free Speak blog is a Blogger blog by GOOGLE. It poses no security threats to anyone's computers. http://FreeSpeakBlog.blogspot.com Free Speak Blog is a threat to fraudulent attorneys like The Johnnie Cochran Firm and prison profiteers who incarcerate 1.25 million mentally ill people in America who should be in hospitals or community care, depending on their offenses and cognitive skills. Since I posted a blog several days ago advertising for an attorney to sue The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm for violating my civil rights, my blog was listed on Exploit Laboratory's "dangerous" website list. I demand that AVG remove my website from that list immediately. Prison investors find my advocacy to pass H.R.619 dangerous. Passing that congressional bill would resume Medicaid for mental hospital coverage for psychiatric inpatients, meaning that mentally ill Americans would again be hospitalized during a health crisis rather than jailed. If H.R.619 is passed, YOU the taxpayers would have billions more every year to use for education, health care, and job creation. Over half of all U.S. inmates are mentally ill, and the prison budget is more than $50billion per year. That is without counting expensive police services and trials that happen before imprisonment. Let us restore Medicaid for mental hospitals and return to a saner approach to mental illness that was in place before President Regan deleted inpatient funding and his friends bought and invested in private prisons.

NEW WORLD ORDERLIES ARE EVERYWHERE.  IF AVG WILL LIST MY BLOG AS BEING DANGEROUS IN ORDER TO SUIT THE POWERS THAT BE, DO THEY ALSO DOWNLOAD SPY PROGRAMS ON YOUR COMPUTERS WHEN YOU THINK YOU ARE DOWNLOADING ANTI-VIRUS AND ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAMS?  WHAT ELSE DOES AVG DO FOR THE POWERBROKERS?   Americans who seek to restrain my civil rights have bargained with the Chez firm to violate your civil rights also.  You have a RIGHT to read my blog if you want to.  Members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill have the RIGHT to peacefully assemble online.  Families of missing, murdered, and imprisoned mentally ill people have a RIGHT to have a voice in how our loved ones are treated.  I have a right to type my messages, and you have a right to read them without AVG lying to you about nonexistent virus attacks at my GOOGLE blog.  Google is probably the largest and most trusted company on the Internet.

If the wrongs in America's justice system that I expose are so dangerous that the powerbrokers have put false warnings about computer infections on my blog, just correct the system. Don't persecute me any more for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL. Larry was my mentally and physically disabled brother who was SECRETLY arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail and kept for 18 days in 2003 while his family and social worker searched for him to give him his vital heart meds. Police were sick of Larry. The harmless, lifelong schizophrenic heart patient had spent 20 years in a mental hospital before President Regan "de-institutionalized" people like him. Then Larry suffered numerous arrests for simple offenses like disturbing the peace, because he belonged in a hospital. The United States Department of Justice helped Shelby County Jail to cover up Larry's murder instead of investigating his death and demanding accountability. That is the "computer virus" you might catch from visiting my blog at http://FreeSpeakBlog.blogspot.com - the truth.

I am sorry about Larry's murder, but he has been dead for seven years. I mourn daily for the America I thought I lived in - a place where everyone mattered. I thought we had a country where all people have their right to life protected, whether black or white, handicapped or healthy. I belived America was a place where citizens had free speech and freedom of press. I never imagined that I would have to use my First Amendment rights to complain that my poor brother had been murdered by the very people who were supposed to protect and serve him, and then we were defrauded by lawyers who contracted to be his wrongful death attorneys. I never believed I would have to beg for records so that our 87-year-old mother could finally stop having nightmares about the different ways police may have killed her handicapped child -- and be DENIED any records after asking for seven years.

How do they answer my Freedom of Information Act Request to the Department of Justice? How do they answer my pleas for other acute mental patients to be treated medically and not legally for their common, treatable health conditions? How do they answer my pleas that the government trace those who interfere with my own computer operations to violate my free speech rights? (See a few of my films of real-time cybercensorship at YouTube channel jkempp703.) They answer me by saying, "NO, we won't tell you how we killed Larry Neal. No, we won't release records on that secret murder, which was sanctioned by the U.S. Government. No, we won't let you tell on The Johnnie Cochran Firm, our agents, who did us a service by withholding your family's wrongful death lawsuit secretly inactive while the Tennessee statute of limitations ran. No, we will not investigate Larry Neal's murder and the cover-up that followed like we investigated Michael Vick's dogs' deaths. No, we will not investigate why judges dimissed your righteous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm for defrauding your elderly, grieving mother when police killed her son under secret arrest. We do not care about a working class family like yours, with veterans and active duty military people and taxpayers. We are Pharaohs, and we treat you any way we want. Furthermore, we will not allow you to tell others about Larry's murder cover-up and our victimization of 1.25 million other mental patients. They are the backbone of the private prison industry. We let acute mental patients like Larry Neal out of mental hospitals decades ago, knowing that most of them would eventually break some law and become eligible for arrest. We make money off them and many mentally ill people whose illness was manifest in the ensuing decades. We had Exploit Labs to put that fake message at your blog saying it is dangerous for visitor's computers to violate your First Amendment Rights. We put your home PC on a workgroup domain that we are administrators for - not you. That way we know who you write and what you write, and we control your Internet browsing and input. We change your computer input as you type if it suits us. Your videos and articles about our crimes are irritating during an election year. We sent police to stop you exercising freedom of speech when you picketed The Johnnie Cochran Firm's office in Atlanta. That is the law office that The Cochran Firm was allowed to deny having in Georgia Superior Court in 2006.  We used that perjury to dismiss your justified lawsuit against our allies - The Cochran Firm.  Those lawyers did our bidding when they secretly held your suit against Shelby County Jail inactive while the statute of limitations ran, and we must protect them from your articles about their fraud against the Neals and other minority clients.  Many people depend on AVG as their anti-virus program. Therefore, we had AVG to list your blog as a dangerous website. Your blog is not really dangerous to people's computers. It is dangerous to US - frauds, terrorists, and murderers."

THE TRUTH IS THE LIGHT. LET IT SHINE.

Homelessness, prison and death must cease being America's answer to mental illness. Censorship and terrorism must cease being America's answer to human rights advocacy.

Hi Mary,

I understand there were some difficulties between you and staff while I was away and after reviewing the various forum posts I have decided to contact you directly. It think it is time that we clarify a few things regarding your persistent complaints and accusations. First and foremost there is NO security breach at NowPublic and I ask that you stop stating publicly that there is, this is simply untrue and your accusation is unfounded.

I know you feel very strongly that you are being attacked by cyberstalkers but I can assure you that no person or entity has infiltrated NowPublic simply to attack and monitor you. If you are being harassed online it is has nothing to do with our site infrastructure. I suggest you have your computer(s) checked and cleaned and contact your ISP. Any difficulties you experience are not due to a security breech on our end. For the most part your publishing issues have been traced to user error and have been easy to fix on our end. Your NowPublic account is not, and never has been, hacked by cyberstalkers.

In the past I have had to ask you to stop attacking, accusing and verbally assaulting staff, both in private messages and in public forum posts. I was shocked to see that you not only continued these attacks but escalated them last week. I am speaking specifically of your accusation that Amy was in any way racist toward you. This is perhaps the most outrageous of the many unfounded accusations you have directed toward the site and its staff. Once again I ask that you refrain from personal attacks, which are a direct violation of our terms and conditions, and address staff with respect. I know for a fact that Amy has on many occasions gone out of her way to assist you, one may even say she has gone above and beyond, and the racist accusation made by you is in no way backed up by the historical facts of your interactions with her. I strongly feel you owe her a public apology.

I have always found your strong sense of social justice to be among your best qualities but it seems that you have little regard for the manner in which you treat the staff and editors at NowPublic. Your hostile and accusatory behavior must stop immediately, it is counter productive to the community and unfair to staff. It is very clear that you do not at all appreciate the huge amoung of help you have been given in the past and I find it very hard to justify asking staff to continue to subject themselves to your hostile allegations. If you can not address staff in a productive and respectful manner your account will be suspended and may be permanently closed.

I ask that you treat staff the way you would like to be treated. If this is not possible we will need to reconsider your involvement with our community. I am sorry it has come to this but your recent behavior can not go unaddressed.

Please consider this a formal warning.

A LEGAL PROBLEM - I want to make that very clear. The fact that you are on record as telling me to input my data directly into NP creates a contract for safeguarding same. Ask your lawyers.

Furthermore, in view of the recent admission that the interference and deletions I experience have originated at NowPublic and were not resulting from cyberstalkers from OUTSIDE the network, I have already reduced my input at this site and am in the process of making other arrangements for my writing. So be patient. Tell whoever is interested.
