How should police handle a distraught young mother after the shooting death of her baby? They should try to soothe and calm her, call psychological specialists to her side, and perhaps offer her a cup of water, right?  Wrong.  Louisiana police TASERED her!

His mother was naturally distraught over his death. Police at the scene handled her, though. They TASERED the hysterical young mother in her grief.   Some police are so used to Tasing mental patients that they now Tase anyone who is not calm and rational, even grief-stricken moms.
